So I decided to try a new ice cream shop that we found. The first thing that caught our attention was the specialty ice cream bowls they make. I got the ice cream nachos and my husband got a brownie sundae. The flavour of the ice cream was perfect. The brownie is homemade and delicious. The name of the Icecream shop caught my attention. They have a great story. I would highly recommend you check it out and support a local business. We will definitely be back to try more flavours and treats.

Best lemon ice cream I’ve ever had with a freshly made waffle cone. I had a sample of banana pudding ice cream & birthday cake- they were all delicious. I have been thinking about this ice cream since I had it! The individuals working there this day were so polite and personable. I had a very pleasant experience spending time enjoying ice cream with my best friend. The ice cream/ entire menu is very reasonably priced . The ice cream is homemade and their origin story is wholesome and heart warming . There is a cozy air conditioned sit-in area as shown in the picture. I’ll be back! So happy to have this as a local gem!

So glad the Q too was able to open a second home-made ice cream location, we decided to try the new raspberry soft serve, it was delicious! Nice having flavor options! Looks like they have all the original flavors too. Nice air conditioned room attached with tables to eat in, had some games too, and a drive through if you want it fast and on the go. Looks like they really love making ice cream, so glad to see another independently owned business starting up. Love this places homemade ice cream!!

This ice cream shop was amazing!! I got a swirl ice cream sandwich and the swirls were beautiful in the sandwich, yes I did say that and it was super delicious!! My son got the cookies and cream shake, best we have both ever tasted. Highly recommend this place and the owners were super nice and very proud of their shop! Thanks guys!!

Ive gone here more often when I go to the mall and come here to wait for my parents. Their icecream is so so good and theyre decorated so cutely. The owners are also SOOO nice. Gave me and my friend free water all because it was a little warm. Their little indoor seating is also nice for hot days out and they got clean bathrooms. THE MURALS ARE ALSO SO CUTEEEEE, I LOVE THE LITTLE CHERRY PEOPLE. Back to the icecream, my favorite is mint oreo and this place DOES MY GOAT JUSTICE. i love this place, if this place was a person, its getting my BIGGEST and GREATEST hug yo.

We were really excited to try this new ice cream spot, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
When we pulled up to the ordering intercom, we ordered a soft serve ice cream in a cone. Once I was done ordering I said, “That’s it,”.. we waited for a while without any response. When I asked if we could move forward, The middle-aged man working the window (who may have been the owner) responded in a sarcastic tone, “Well, do you want the ice cream in a cup, cone, or your hand?”
It didn’t come across as joking or professional — just rude. We ended up driving off without ordering because the interaction made us uncomfortable.
We were genuinely looking forward to trying a new local ice cream shop, but based on this experience, we don’t plan on coming back. Hopefully customer service improves, because first impressions really matter!

My friend and I wanted to try something new. I was surprised at the variety, but what really has me coming back is the flavor. Absolutely delicious. Portions are amazing.I would recommend stopping by and try for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

We love The Q Too! The homemade ice cream flavors are perfect, the sundaes are amazing and the banana split is big enough to share! It is definitely our favorite ice cream shoppe in the area! Family owned and ran- support small business!

I’ve recently started coming to this place after school on Fridays, and their service has always been so amazing! Their icecream is incredible and I always leave satisfied. I asked for water and the guy gave me some from his truck for free I’m not saying to do that though; don’t exploit his truck water. I always sit in indoor seating and their murals are so cute. I’m so sad for them that they set up in front of goofy ahh Port Charlotte Mall instead of somewhere with more business because they deserve it. GOD I LOVE THIS PLACE
