I was really hungry so i tasted one antipesto 3 meatballs and a main corse of spagetti plate. Well the meat ball had absolutly nothing special so the price way to high. The spegetti was the worse. A totally uncooked mini pasta plate with untastefull tomato can sauce that tomato pasta was added. This for 60.66 tip nit included. Ridiculous! Sorry and deceived since there are so many other restaurant around. It was officially my last visit.

Overall pretty basic pasta – nothing you couldn’t make at home after watching a YouTube video. For the price you’re paying, expect to leave hungry. At least you’ll have some room to try something better elsewhere. The person who took our orders definitely wanted to be somewhere else too.

My wife and I visited La Pasta Fresca at Eataly Las Vegas in early January, eager to experience the fresh pasta made right before our eyes. While the ambiance was captivating, our experience was ultimately a mixed bag.

The Enchanting Setting: Stepping into La Pasta Fresca is like stepping into a bustling Italian market. Watching the skilled pastaiolos work their magic was truly mesmerizing, and the lively atmosphere felt perfect for a casual date night. Our server was fantastic too, adding to the overall positive vibes.

The Pricey Bite: We opted for a grab-and-go experience, expecting a quick and delicious bite. However, at $30 per bowl, the price tag felt steep, especially considering the portion size and lack of table service. While splurges can be fun, this one left us feeling a bit hesitant.

The Bland Disappointment: Unfortunately, the main element – the pasta sauce – fell flat. We ordered the Bolognese tagliatelle and while fresh, it lacked the depth and complexity we expected, especially for the price point. We yearned for a flavor explosion that never came, leaving us feeling disappointed.

Popular Picks & Planning Tips: If you do decide to visit, know that the menu boasts a variety of popular options like the , Pesto gnocchi and ricotta-spinach ravioli. As for timing, weekdays at lunchtime might be less crowded than evenings or weekends.

A Final Note: While the atmosphere and service at La Pasta Fresca are charming, our experience highlights the importance of considering all factors before diving in. The high price for a quick bite and the bland sauce left us feeling underwhelmed. If you prioritize flavor and value, there might be better options available. However, if the unique setting and fresh pasta intrigue you, weigh the pros and cons carefully before making your decision.

Ehhhhhhh was expecting more but overall, very mid. Ordered the tagliatelle alla bolognese because I wanted to try their homemade pasta with a meat sauce. The pasta itself was absolutely delicious and fresh, but the sauce was blanddddd. Coming from a girl born and raised from south Louisiana, it needed some Tony’s or some type of kick to it. Andddd $34 for that serving ain’t worth it, but it is in Eataly so I had an idea it would be on the pricey side. Overall, save your money and try something else that has more flavor especially at that price tag.

Excellent fresh pasta place. Made to order. The place is inside Eataly Food Courts and Market. We got Spaghetti with mozzarella cheese and Butternut Squash ravioli with brown butter sauce. Both really good. A little bit of wait for the food cause it’s fresh made to order. While you wait you can go find a table to eat. Buon Appetite!!

Service was great. Cute little place in eataly, but food was just okay: My el dente seafood pasta was still el dente even though I asked for well cooked. My bolognese was pretty good. It was quite expensive for two dishes, we paid 80$ with tip. They give you fresh bread with olive oil, wished it came with salt and black pepper. This place is passable, however if you stay at Parks, it’s definitely convenient to eat here

Nope. This place made me wait 15+ min just to order a drink and a $28.00 pasta plate that was waaaaaay over price. The pasta was chalky and the sauce was straight crushed tomato (possibly from a can). Zero flavor.

They are charging way too much for the atmosphere that they provide. You literally feel like you’re sitting in a meat market at a Vallarta restaurant with hard wooden benches and cheap deco chairs.

Please do NOT waste your time.

I had the pappardelle con funghi, and it was bland, mushy, and completely without taste. The staff was friendly, and the pasta came out piping hot. But that’s not worth $48 for a small bowl of pasta and a glass of wine. Fortunately I didn’t have to tip since the buttons on the card reader were not working. Do yourself a favor, and go across the street to Olive Garden. Their pasta is tastier and definitely less expensive.

This feedbag is nothing more than a ridiculously overpriced cafeteria pretending to be authentic! I spent $22 for a small (should be on the kids menu) bowl of undercooked pasta with a sprinkle of fake parmesan cheese! It would’ve been $27 if I wanted real baked cheese on top! Experiences like this are the reason I won’t ever visit Vegas again! Do yourself a favor; go to the Target across the street and purchase a can of Chef Boyardee for a tenth of the cost! Now, eat that and compare to this tourist trap! You’ll discover that the smell, taste and texture are probably very similar! Don’t waste your time or money at this dung heap!
