I’m not one to give negative reviews. But when something is truly disappointing, I feel an obligation to let others know…
We’ve been here two times- the first time we didn’t order food, and we just came in to play Keno. Service was great, and the atmosphere fair. The second time we went in we ordered food, and that is where it goes completely downhill.
We ordered the “Mucho Nachos”, the price was $17.95. I thought that to be a little steep, and I didn’t realize until afterwards there was no choice of meat?!
My husband and I regularly split nachos if they are on the menu, and this time was no different.
I can honestly say, these were the WORST nachos we have ever had the displeasure to eat.
Again, NO meat. The chips were thick and somewhat stale, and my husband pointed out that everything on it was taken out of a can or jar and “plopped” on top. Barely any cheese, and even though we reluctantly took the rest with us (only because they were so ridiculously expensive), we didn’t finish them.
The cook came out at one point, and looked like he really didn’t give a damn as to what was being ordered. Let alone, what he was preparing.
The bartenders were sweet and attentive, but that was it. We will never set foot in that place again…

Not sure why there’s an overall four star review for this place. It is definitely NOT four-star worthy. When we arrived, the big, dark man (a cook, I assume) was just standing near the bar doing nothing, nor did he even look up at us and greet us, or tell us the waitress would be right there. Well, she wasn’t. We waited over ten minutes just to get our drink order and the place wasn’t even full. Probably 6-7 people at the most. This is in bad form for any establishment. Then, it took about 15-20 more minutes for the waitress to return to take our food order. And finally, we waited another 20-30 minutes to get our food! Even if the food was stellar, which this place will never live up to, that is too long of a wait time! It seems they cater to their faithful bar crowd and really aren’t interested in serving food. They should just give up serving food and just be a bar. The sandwich was very bland, and the fries were limp, barely warm, and tasted refried. Like so many, they obviously just want to “half-ass-it”. They don’t really seem like they’re in it for the customers. They need to watch some episodes of Bar Rescue and learn how to conduct a business. We will never return.

Perfect spot to eat, gamble and laugh. Shar is our favorite. Very nice girl she is always making sure we are taken care of. And I love when she kicks out somebody that is disrespectful and rowdy. She has definitely cleaned up the place getting rid of all of the negative energy. We definitely recommend this place.

I switched my review from five stars to three. Ordered the same sandwich take out today. Same order as before: Turkey Bacon Swiss with CRISPY BACON. I was asked if I wanted sauces, I said no.
Showed up 15 min later, got my sandwich. I saw a charge for Ranch on the receipt and said I didn’t ask for Ranch, so they took it out and removed the charge. But I later found in the bag a bunch of ketchup packs, which I had also said I did not need.
When I got home I found the bacon anything but crispy. In fact, it wasn’t fresh either. I had to remove it and microwave it but that didn’t help much. The end result was it was nasty so I removed it from the sandwich and ate it without bacon. It was “okay.”
There is clearly a problem either with the order taker or the cook staff, but I don’t know which. Worth mentioning — when I was here the other day and we were done, the waitress (a different one from tonight) asked if the bacon was crispy enough because there was a new cook and he wasn’t great at following directions. So maybe that IS the problem.
But the end result is I won’t come back again.

This was my first time here. Bartender, interacted with the regulars a lot more than the new customers. The food wasn’t bad. We got received our order at a decent time.

Went in for some drinks and food the other night was having a good time until a fight broke out. This little white girl wasn’t doing anything turns out the lady that beat her up was one of the bartenders and the manager, very unprofessional of her picking on her customers for no reason, I will never go back to this bar again.

This is a great place for hanging out with friends or alone , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the food was good , the area was clean but could have been better , the burgers where great , the noise was moderate , id recommend this place to anyone else in the area..

Not a great time. Chicken was uncooked and grisly. Fries were old and stale. Beer was warm. No one to ask for help because both the bar waitress and cook got in their cars and drove off somewhere. Had to wait extra just to pay and leave. Weird place.
Reply to owner: Cook name was Luis. Server name was Charby. They both left in their cars for 20 minutes. We could have just walked out. They left the manager office wide open, which had liquor and other goodies in it. There’s a lady poster on the right side of the office wall, which is in the right corner of the group area. Cheers

We did not eat here. We had a drink each, plus three shots of house tequila. Budweiser beer … $5.00 a bottle! Two very, very, very small glasses of wine. Never have I ever paid $30.00 for a 6pk. of Budweiser! That’s what it would have been had we ordered 6 beers.
As for atmosphere, we had to raise our voices to talk. There were four of us on one end of the bar in our party. One guy at the other end of the bar was very loud and obnoxious. It was apparent that he had had too many and had been over poured. We had our drinks and left. I will say though, the bartender, Brittany, was very nice and personable.
