My husband and I haven’t had Webb’s in more than a few years after moving out of the area. We found ourselves in Milwaukee and noticed this location was one that was open so we took the little drive out to sunny slope. Monica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She introduced herself by name right away, shared all of the soups and specials with us, engaged with us while we ate, offered us dessert, and more all while working with other tables. I was very impressed by her and was super grateful for this experience at a Webb’s again after many years. The burgers were great, as usual, and so was the soup. Thank you, Monica and George Webb for a great night!

The guy that works second shift needs a raise, honestly stellar service for even the carryout walk in orders. He seems to be running the store by himself at times when it can actually get busy too. Food is to be expected just good from george webbs if you know what to get. The service is the cherry on top. Gets a from me for sure.

Very Cozy place and a very nice waitor (even though he never gave us napkins or utensils) but I have no clue how people say the food is great. I’ve come a few times to give it a chance. The fries are the worst fries my family has ever had, every time. Taste old and slight dirty oil taste, plain, no salt. Even when ordering cheese fries, they just nuked a small bowl of cheese with cold chunks still in the middle. The Fish was clearly fried in old oil, had a strange coating of hard oil on it. Mini corn dogs came like stone each time we gave it another try.
Only thing we liked were the burgers and mozzarella sticks so far. We went through most of the lunch/ dinner menu. Not sure how the breakfast foods are. Lady next to me,her food was very burnt and you could smell it.
The afternoon cook doesn’t seem to take any pride in what she/he makes.
Please fix this! This place has potential. They can do better. I would try it one more time.

George Webb is what it is. Everyone knows what to expect. But the increased prices with smaller portions are not balanced at all. Chicken tenders come with fries and coleslaw. Very few fries and literally 1 teaspoon of slaw. Both of those are very cheap and should be served plenty of

On September 2, 2024, at 04:57 hours, I visited George Webb and found the restaurant completely unattended, despite calling and being informed that the staff was busy. Observing from outside, I noticed that the stove was left on, emitting visible heat, and there were numerous unattended plates scattered inside. It appears the employee may have left the premises.

Prices have gotten really expensive and quality has gone down hill. It’s hard to sit down and have a quick meal with my 2 young kids without spending 50$ before the tip.
Food was all cold. Asked for a toast and waited almost 10 minutes. The cook had quite an attitude for open kitchen. Boomers sitting around talking about trump and telling young people to just shut up and work and enjoy what you have. Turning into a lame place to be.
