Yummy ice cream. My baby and I ordered an M size twist. It was too much for both of us.
Nice place.
Will go back for food next time.

Great place to get ice cream/milkshakes with indoor and outdoor seating. They are a bit old school, they are cash or check only, but have an atm if you need to get cash
The food is good, but not the main feature. It is reasonably priced overall – the other thing is they don’t have a lot of their menu online, so I made sure to take some pictures of the menu while there
Perfect spot for a stress free dinner night and dessert

Got our ice cream and its not bad but got a s’mores flurry and its just vanilla ice cream with 7 chocolate chips in it horrible for $8 and then we decided we would get food to go and had the window shut on us numerous times then I asked if I could an was meet with the snobbiest girl I every meet saying yeah after this lady you cut in front of goes when I have been standing there waiting before her then as soon as they took her order an I walked up she slammed the windows shut so it was definitely a great first time and definitely will not be back and im sure they don’t allow credit or debit bc I would of definitely done a charge back if I could of used a card especially since I paid $8 for a s’mores flurry and got vanilla with chocolate chips the picture is the so called s’mores flurry

This place could be so much better. The Veggie basket was breaded fried veggies (onion rings, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms) which I usually love. These “broccoli” were bits of broccoli with gross cheese and what looked like bacon bits. I was going to tell them because I don’t think the broccoli should have been in there when it was a veggie basket. I am vegetarian and was upset about it. So in the future I would definitely ask about that, especially if vegetarian. Also, the toss salad was nasty bagged lettuce with a few slices of tomato and I asked for no cheese. That was the worst salad I ever had.

Long line but goes fast. Some indoor seating, mostly outside, plus a playground. They take cash or check with ID. VERY generous portions; I got a medium but probably should have got a small! Standard chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as some rotating ones (today it was black raspberry and peanut butter twist!) lots of food options too

Great place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. They have a large menu and it can get very busy. Make sure you have cash!

The ice cream is very good and they have lots of flavors. On our visit I ordered a coffee milkshake. Sadly I was given a toffee milkshake; but , did not realize it until we were headed down the road. I didn’t like it so it was a waste of money.

Long wait for an ice cream. Looked like one person handling the window. I ordered a flurry, all of the toppings were at the top, not mixed in. Only ice cream at the bottom. Taste was great, but could have been mixed better.

Don’t bother with the food; it’s like fair food or cafeteria food, pretty unremarkable. And my waffle cone was stale. But the ICE CREAM. Yes. It’s five stars, definitely the best soft serve I’ve found in the area. GET THE PEANUT BUTTER. I got chocolate and peanut butter swirl and that was really good, but yes, there’s a reason everyone mentions peanut butter and most of the people you’ll see around you are ordering peanut butter. Both flavors were perfectly smooth, rich, creamy, with strong flavors and a really pleasant and delicious feeling in the mouth (maybe that’s weird to say but it’s very true and very good). Is this place seasonal? Because I only just discovered it and I don’t want to say goodbye just yet.

They serve the best, creamiest Icecream anywhere around. The soft serve Peanut butter is my favorite. I was a little disappointed with the amount they gave us. It was about 50% less than they usually give. Maybe the girl was new or something. Or maybe she was just being rude, because she did have a major attitude. These young teenage girls are so snotty and ignorant, I’m surprised employers keep hiring them.

The food at the Purple Cow was good. I got a couple of chili dogs, fries and a shake and it was good. I then got a banana split and it looked like all the heart went home early. It was incredibly unattractive to say the least. Minimal ice cream and toppings. I want to note that my request was for only caramel sauce, not the usual strawberry, pineapple and hot fudge…but still, the amount of ice cream was abysmal. If this is how the Purple Cow regularly serves it up, I’d rather go to Amy’s or Chili Willie’s, where each serve portions that are much different than this. I like to try to patronize as many different local businesses as I can to share the wealth so to speak.
