The decor is awesome- wood all over, British memorabilia around the inside. There is a large patio that is great for when the weather is nice.
We ordered Guinness (served in the proper glass), fried pickles and the pretzels. Everything was delicious. The pretzels were super soft! And the pickles were spears so you could actually taste the pickle.
Service was great- friendly and fun. Great experience.
Oh- don’t miss happy hour from 3-6. $2 off all draughts.
Great food, great vibe, great service
Stopped in recently and the place surprised us in the best way. The food is solid across the board, but the bread pudding? Absolute knockout. Warm, soft, perfect sweetness — easily one of the best desserts around.
Service was on point too. Victoria took care of our table and she’s fantastic — friendly, upbeat, and keeps everything moving without feeling rushed. She added a nice touch to the whole experience without taking away from the food or the vibe.
Overall, really good spot with great energy, good drinks, and that killer bread pudding. We’ll definitely be back.
Service was good, not superior, but no complaints.
Atmosphere was so cool, I felt the vibes from another country, being their whole concept, they did a great job.
I came here for a good pint and some food after a long day at work while in the area for business.
It does look close to a UK pub inside, decor is a little too clean and nice, and the layout isnt open enough, but if I squint, it’s close. Also the staff are required to wear kilts, which is Scottish, not English. This why I keep saying UK pub. Also they don’t wear kilts in Scotland all that much. Also only the men were wearing kilts, the ladies were in mini skirts with a plaid pattern, not a tartan.
The service was really good though, the gentleman I spoke with at the bar were super friendly and good with the menu. Both drinks and food. The drinks were also good. I had a few different beers, either English or Irish, all good.
The food was great too. I had the suasage roll, was wasn’t really an English sausage roll but tasted better, so I’ll take that as a win. I also took a burger to go for later and it was good.
Overall it was still probably the best place I went to for food and drink in the Naples area. So my metaphorical hat off to ‘The Pub’s
Recommended.
I went in expecting a good time and left in a sour mood.
The host was great — attentive, welcoming, actually present. Even if he had zero serving experience, I would’ve preferred him over the person who was actually assigned to us.
I spoke to the manager, saw her speak to him once, and never heard back about what was being done or even an acknowledgment beyond that. For a place hosting something that’s supposed to be upbeat and fun, the service completely undercut the experience.
Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my 21 years of living.
Update: The service and good remain great after many visits. I still recommend the same appetizers and would steer toward the fish & chips over the burgers or standard fare.
