We had a casual cozy dinner in the lower level of this historic building. The service was great as was the atmosphere. They have changing seasonal and drink/food menus plus their standard menu. We loved the General Tso’s cauliflower and the soft pretzel appetizer. The vegetarian pumpkin chili was tasty as was the turkey avocado BLT. The harvest salad was a little lacking but still good. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

Beautiful entrance and decor for holidays, staff is very friendly and plenty of seating at lunch time as it was nearly empty. Lunch specials didn’t seem any cheaper, but the entree listing included New England Clam Chowder (in a mug) with crackers for $13.00. It was very hot and it was a good taste. Potatoes were plentiful enough to even call it potato soup. I also ordered sweet tea, but its not homemade. Cost for meal was a bit high for a lunch day special. Drink alone was $4.00! I would return for a fancy dinner date in future and possible overnight stay to see how rooms were.

We stopped here for a drink and bite to eat on a Saturday in December while in town for holiday things. I found this on the map and it was close to where we parked.

We sat at a little table by the door and a server/bartender was with us shortly to provide menus. We ordered a couple drinks and decided on food. They had a Thanksgiving egg roll special that sounded good and it really was. It was just enough food to satisfy us. Our drinks were good too.

The bartender/server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and easygoing. It is pretty small in here but it’s comfortable. This is located down a few steps from ground level under the inn. The building is historical I believe – at lest that is the impression I got. Other patrons were friendly as well.

We parked a couple blocks away and walked. That town is very walkable. I’m not sure if they have a parking lot but I’m guessing yes since it’s an inn. Prices were good. It’s too bad we only got the eggrolls, we went somewhere else for dinner later and I was betting that the entrees here would have been better.

If I’m ever in Bedford again this is where I will go.

Get yourself off 76, and stop by for amazing food and service. Ribs falling off the bone, crispy sprouts, creamy mac and cheese and corn on the cob for the win. Crisp refreshing local brews to wash it all down.

Great service & neat atmosphere. A little pricey but the food was pretty decent. Small but cozy. The building was built in 1794 and has a Bed & Breakfast attached to it with pricing really competitive with the big hotel chains near by. Would definitely return for dinner, drinks and maybe a stay overnight.

Amazing place to stop in for a bite or to have a drink. The food is amazing, with new additions and with a rotating drink list to match. Very good atmosphere, and the owners are the absolutely nicest people you could ever want to meet. Highly recommend!

Excellent roadtrip stop for food and some relaxed vibes. Our server was excellent, kind, funny, and had good recommendations. The food was quite tasty for a reasonable price! Their new Autumn menu is worth the stop just by itself.

Their fish and chips are bomb !!!!!!! The fish is cut into these massive pieces and lightly breaded then deep fried not thick breading or extremely oily. It’s absolutely delicious and totally worth trying for any first timers, their fries though OH MY GOD handcut and deep fried on the premises so friggin delicious as well. Lightly salted and so good, on the other side their French onion soup with gruyere cheese is so yumtastic must be very oily when melted. Our soups came out and had great flavor however were swimming in oil. I did use my spoon to strain the oil from the soup option but it was overwhelming and began making my stomach uneasy so that was unfortunate. Service is excellent, server was friendly, atmosphere and vibe is great. Thank you
