I went to Providence Bar for the 1st time to just have maybe 1-2 drinks with my husband and ended up staying longer trying different items on their menu. We ordered the brie charcuterie, providence za pizza, & the poached pear dessert. The providence za pizza with the prosciutto and hot honey was so good! The waitress was very attentive and nice and the drinks were really good. The only downside was the poached pear dessert. Wine gets poured over the ice cream at the table but the flavor of the wine ruined the taste in my opinion. I feel the red wine was too dry for the ice cream so it didn’t pair well. We just avoided the wine part as best as we can and just ate the ice cream and the pear. Cocktails can average around $16 but what nice bar in Huntsville isn’t priced that way these days. There is a happy hour from 4p-6p. The bar is small on the inside so it can fill up but there are seats outside with tall patio heaters.

My favorite place to go! Seriously, whether it’s a girls night, a casual quick bite, a fancy dinner and drinks, or just a glass of wine (or 3)- this is always my #1 choice. Although it is conveniently located for me, even friends on the other side of town are itching to go back. The service is impeccable- my favorite servers Abby and Ashlyn are absolute angels who remember our drinks every time, are super attentive, and have the best attitude! Andy always kills it behind the bar and is a TRUE mixologist. My favorite drinks are the vesper, espresso martini, and French 75!

A MUST TRY! Exactly what the area was needing! I appreciated the variety of unique wines that you don’t see everywhere in addition to some great craft cocktails! I tried their Classic Daiquiri and espresso martini on the menu and both were beyond my expectations (I’m an espresso martini snob haha!) Service was great and attentive especially for just opening. The food came out quickly and was delicious enough for me to already plot my return to try more items. I had the salmon pizza- which was such a fun concept and did not disappoint one bit. I loved the more dim lit, sultry, and classy vibe the place had- which made it an easy place to hang out for a while.

Walking in the door for the first time, literally felt like they knew us! Alexander and Andi were ON IT! Set down and was offered immediate service. Whiskey Sour and Dirty Martini was the first round. The Whiskey Sour was delicious. Had it with egg whites, the only way. And the Dirty Martini had freshly stuffed blue cheese, Amazing! Wings were good but had a sweet heat taste. Most probably like that but I like hot buffalo wings(just me). The Providence Pizza is fantastic! Prosciutto, Arugula, Peppadews, and Hot Honey. Yes! Next round Old Fashioned. Delicious. This was the drink special of the day $10. Ended the night with a ” bar tender surprise me” drink. Key Lime Coup for me( This is better than the key lime pie Martini at Four Walls. THAT IS SAYING A LOT) and the Mr. ordered a Black Oaxaca Negroni( sweet, smokey delish!) All in, 5 out of 5

Laid back yet classical vibes, nice ambiance and offers indoor and outdoor seating. The music may be a touch too loud for my personal preference, but you don’t have to yell to be heard. Service was prompt, friendly and warm. Our server shook our hands at the end of the meal and thanked us for dining with them. Our food was served quickly and it was beautiful and delicious.

Great vibe overall during the soft opening experience we attended. Cocktails were delicious. The strawberry jalapeno marg, was very good. We had the Providence Pizza fired in the pizza oven, and Buffalo wings. Both were really good. There is a large patio with nice sound also. Looking forward to more visits and the growth in Providence!

The Providence Bar is a chill new spot to grab a drink in The Village of Providence. Great atmosphere with cute decor. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The drink and food menu was solid. We tried the Swipe Right and it’s my favorite new margarita, a must try! One of the few late night spots open in Providence.

Came to Providence Bar to grab something to eat after the first 3 places we tried were close due to Christmas Eve! WOW they had Chinese for Christmas being served up. We had crab rangoon, Mongolian beef and chicken Lo Mein. They just put every Chinese restaurant to shame in this town! I know it was a Christmas special but please put it on your menu!!!

The Providence Bar has instantly raised the “bar” and put everyone else on notice in Huntsville to get on their level and step their game up. The owners have filled a much needed gap that the area needed for an upscale but casual bar and restaurant. The establishment is beautifully designed from the classy bar, elegant booths, and open kitchen showcasing the pizza oven. Nothing but good vibes in this place as soon as you open the door. The cocktails are hand made by the expert bartenders with fresh ingredients for all the mixology enthusiasts like myself. The wine list from the resident sommelier take it to another level. The food pairings from pizza and pasta makes you stay longer and keep coming back. Congratulations to the owners for bringing something special to Providence.
