Very cozy atmosphere, clean spacious and calm! The owner is amazing, she definitely puts her heart into the menu. Felt very welcomed here and catered to, great portion sizes too! This is the very spot we needed here in town! Come down and see them, let it become part of your routine too.
My daughter had a full plate of the crepes, which are delicous with a protein horchata. I had a massive slice of the banana caramel pie and an iced caramel macchiato! Everything was delicious! I will return and will be telling everyone to stop in here!

Got a protein shake and for the life of me can’t figure out why I paid 10 dollars for it. Its taste like just ice and protein mix.Worse thing i did ever. Probably got good food but only got a shake. I will be forever kicking myself tonight for spending 10 bucks.

I will continue to support that protein bar. The owner has an incredibly inspiring life, and I hope for the best for her. I stop by frequently to get the energy drinks. They’re incredible, even if they’re a bit pricey. I highly recommend stopping in and supporting this restaurant. Next up I’ll be trying the protein waffles.
