I’ve visited Fountainside a few times now, and overall my experiences have been great. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are always enjoyable, which is why I continue to come back.
I also want to recognize a bartender named Dajuan who made a great first impression on my very first visit. My family and I came in close to closing time, and even though the restaurant was winding down, he still took care of us with A1 service and went above and beyond when he really didn’t have to. That kind of hospitality sticks with people.
During one visit I did have a small concern and reached out about it. I was honestly surprised by how quickly Donnell (GM) and Ken (manager) responded. They were extremely professional, accommodating, and made me feel valued as a customer.
I was a little nervous returning after bringing something up, but they made the entire situation feel comfortable and positive. That level of care says a lot about the leadership there.
Because of that, I’ll absolutely continue to patronize this restaurant. Great food, great drinks, and a team that truly cares about their guests.

Seductive Lingerie
The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great variety and perfect balance. I came on a Thursday it’s located inside double tree hotel buts OPEN TO THE PUBLIC What really stood out to me was the customer service everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. It felt like they truly cared about making sure we had a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending FOUNTAINSIDE to friends and family!

Stopped here on a Friday after work to celebrate another week down . I have never been so I didn’t have any expectations, but I was beyond pleased . Ariauna , my bartender suggested a lemon drop and it was phenomenal. The manager Juan recommended the crab cake sandwich that was so good I forgot to take a picture . The turkey club was also very delicious and filling . I have to go back because the service and food were so terrific I can’t think about anything else!

Everything sucks, you all can’t cook, and don’t care about the food. I’ve met the head chef one time… goofy man, everything about him! Looks easily intimidated, can’t even look me in my eyes. Always bringing food back…. But the Bar is always great ! But Fire the whole kitchen Management, Terrible, I can only imagine what the kitchen and freezer smells and looks like.

Overall a very poor experience. Brooke, our server ignored us for pretty much the entire time. Empty drinks, zero refills the entire time, finished eating our (okish) food and had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish doing dishes in the back to get a check. All in took over an hour to get in and out. The place was empty so it’s not like it was crowded. Got the check and I see they automatically added a $18 gratuity to it. No way to set my own. After the final check comes, there is an option to tip on top of that. Like I’m not supposed to notice I already was forced to tip. Sneaky and definitely earned a scathing review. My fiancee and I are very displeased with the experience. It was just awful. Thank God I used an American Express. The service I received was not worth a $18 tip. And to expect me to pay you more on top of it?!? You sneak it in like you want me to pay you $36 or so an hour to ignore my partner and I? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder the service was awful. No need to earn a tip, just ignore the customer and force them to leave you a massive tip. The menu states 20% tip for parties of 6 or more. It was just my partner and I. Ridiculous.
