We couldn’t be happier with the management and amazing service and attention to detail they gave us for our daughter’s engagement dinner . Ania and her staff went above and beyond to make it such a special celebration. They made special signage, gave us our own section of the restaurant and our own server who made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone loved their meals!! Food was outstanding and so was the service!

We ate the breakfast buffet. It’s really nice being by the ocean eating. Very beautiful scene.
It is a buffet so don’t expect top tier. The fresh omelet was the best part. Bacon was good for a buffet.
Fruit should be on ice to keep cold during the summer. They were ok but would have been better if colder.
The bread selection was nice. Pancakes turned out to be over done and we were there around 930ish.
The staff was nice and attentive.
The cost of drinks was a bit over the top. Not sure if they would have charged for refills so that makes a difference. Not a wide selection of juices and lack of fine dining coffee. Their coffee is just that, you can have coffee or tea. Don’t get fancy.

Overall a nice experience and I would take my Italian mother there when she visits.

Great place right on the Shore! Good food, good service. 4% UPCHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD USE. BEWARE!! They close for switch over from breakfast to lunch so check/call hours before your go. We had to wait over 30 mins for them to reopen, they told us to come back at 12. We did and people were already seated and ordering. That was frustrating; but food, service very good. Cute decor! Good for all occasions. Can be casual or dressy. Their French fries were fantastic. They do add a 4% up charge for credit card usage. That fact and the closing down, sending us away, and then letting people in early prevented me from giving 5 stars.

Cameron was a fantastic server, a sweetheart and very attentive. The Caesar salad was great and the scallops with risotto were pretty good, scallops a bit too salty for me overall. The only reason I kept it 4/5 is that the kitchen was really backed up and my actual meal took a very long time. Cameron ended up discounting me a little bit to compensate, (without asking or me even making a fuss about the wait, I wasn’t in a rush) which was very sweet. I’d go again and try out some other meal options. The view and atmosphere is lovely.

Went for an early dinner at The Promenade. Our first visit since it went to new owners. A beautiful day, you can not beat the view from the porch. First, it now requires reservations, and as before, it is still BYOB. This is not a huge issue, but plan ahead as there is nowhere close to purchase wine.
We noticed the servers were quite young, likely to this being a new seasonal business. They did fine with our questions.
For the appetizer, we ordered Clams Casino. They were delicious but could have been a bit crispier. The waiter also brought out warm bread and butter. Very nice.
For dinner, I stayed with clams and ordered Linguini & White Clam Sauce. I had to prompt to get a bowl for shells and a spoon to spool my pasta, but the dish was delicious.
My wife ordered Halibut A La Promenade. Beautiful dish, it tasted wonderful.
For dessert, we shared a Carrot Cake and Cappucinos.
Overall, it was a very nice dining experience. The prices are a bit high, you have to bring your own wine, but look at the location and view you enjoy!
We will go back.

This restaurants food and service is outstanding! I recently had my daughters baby shower 10-8-23 at this restaurant, and everyone/owner and staff went over and above to help us not only with the service and menu, but also with the decorations and layout of tables etc.
The evening before they were very accommodating and allowed us to bring items for the shower. They also helped us bring things in from our SUVs.
Again the food was outstanding and the service! 10-22-23.
We will definitely be dining at this restaurant again, especially during the spring and summer and fall and would have other events here.
Thank you to Liam, Carmen, Andy and staff for making my daughter and son in laws special event, beautiful and memorable!

Great place awesome location, the staff could learn a little empathy in serving people. Poor great and send off skills. Waiter asked to bring water forgot. Breakfast came with toast. He told us they did not have Rye we could replace it. We chose sour dough. Waiter never came back never brought any toast, totally forgot about us. Had to find and ask for coffee. Overall restaurant probably great but perhaps early breakfast not their thing. Totally service oriented no reflection on owners. We will try again for lunch at some point.

This restaurant sits right on the boardwalk of the Avon by the Sea beach and is easily accessible. The restroom is just a few feet away. Its competition is another restaurant directly across the street off of the boardwalk, but if you’re looking for a little bit more upscale dining, and food selection you would want to go here. Nice airy and open style seating with a great atmosphere. BYOB. Great views of the ocean from inside the dining room. Cordial staff at the hostess stand outside. Very nice and helpful server. Excellent fried calamari and peppers appetizer. Just the right amount of breading, crunch and seasoning. I called before dining to find out if they offered cheeseburgers on the menu. I was told they had a house special with lettuce and tomatoes and caramelized onions. When I arrived a few hours later, it was nowhere on the menu and I had to order a cheeseburger from the kids menu. Not sure where the miscommunication happened, but it was just a decent boardwalk burger. Nothing upscale about it, but again, it came from the concession stand outside which was weird. Crunchy, tasty but hard french fries. Not as appetizing as they looked. Not sure why they were so hard.

Went there for the breakfast buffet. We were impressed. The best part was the fresh omelets being made by the cook. The rest of the food was good except for the pancakes. The bacon was good and the pastries were delicious. I thought the scrambled eggs were good even though they weren’t fresh made. We opted out of the coffee since it was so expensive.

We realize you are in soft opening phase and wanting feedback, however, we were there a long time and the Manager never approached anyone dining in the restaurant. The waitress was a very nice girl but things beyond her control were not addressed by the Manager either? We went for lunch and first tried to order the clam chowder as one of our starters but was told they were out of it? Odd, only lunch service and out of it already? OK, so we ordered two salads instead to start. We waited 25 minutes for the two salads, not a problem if they were making them fresh which we assumed they were. One salad, the watermelon salad with mint, red onions and feta was only fair. The best way to describe it is that it was made yesterday and sat in the fridge and half of the watermelon on the plate was mushy, the red onions were also soft like they had been sitting in watermelon juice for at least a day and I didn’t really see any mint? It definately was not prepared to order freshly made for lunch service. The second salad on the menu was listed as Pomegranate & Pear salad which said Pomegranate, asian pear, pecans, baby arugula & blueberry goat cheese in a ginger pear dressing. Well see my photo…they gave me frisee instead of baby arugula (which is a totally different thing all together) there were no pecans and just a few crumbles of the blueberry goat cheese along with the pomegranate and pears. I mentioned to the waitress that the salad was not as described but that I would eat it anyway. I told her that she should advise the manager that the kitchen was making something different than described on the menu so others would not be disappointed and maybe even send the salad back. I don’t know what ever happened regarding my comments. She went back to the kitchen but nothing else was said back to me regarding it? So after waiting so long for the salad, we were surprised that our meal came out almost immediately after the salad. We barely ate any of it when the main came out. I had the tuna and avacado roll. I’ll give a high score for the fresh tuna but there was barely any avocado in the roll. My husband tried the sirloin burger. He asked for it cooked medium. The burger came out extremely well done, and it was not even warm. Looked like it was cooked prior and added to the bun with the toppings and not even warmed up. The cheese was barely melted and everything was room temp at best. The description on the menu said sautéed mushrooms with lettuce, tomato and onion. This too was not how the dish came out. The fries were room temperature and extremely salty. We understand kinks need to be worked out but the manager was not very far away from us at all but she was not very observant of the happenings going on around the room. I am sure there are a million things that need to be addressed to get an new place up and running but the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 25% capacity so I would have thought we might be asked how our lunch was going or what we thought of the new place etc. I do not know what was happening in the kitchen but the kitchen sent out dishes that were not freshly made. The wait staff is not to blame for that. Our waitress and all the staff we saw working were pretty attentive. But that cannot make up for the food sent out. We didn’t make a big fuss, we still tipped over 20%, she was very nice but she seemed so nervous and apologetic about our wait time for our appetizers etc. We eat out a lot, and we are always willing to pay for a good meal. This experience was not where it should have been. I reviewed the breakfast and dinner menus before our food came out as we wanted this to be one of our go to places when friends visit us etc. The breakfast menu seemed very reasonable with a good selection but dinner was pricey. That would not be a problem but after our lunch experience with the food we were served I am not really sure if I will try it again. Lastly as an FYI, they will tell you when they give you the bill that if you use a credit card there is a 4% added fee.
