Beautiful Outdoor Atmosphere. View the Susquehanna River and our Chesapeake Bay. Perfect Bird Watching place. They Used to have Honey Butter for their Hush Puppies; but Every Restaurant has Had to Cut Corners. Meals are Large and My Favorite is Fish n Chips; fried Cod. Most meals are Very Good.

The softshell crab sandwich is a must! Their platters come with so much food and a drink, it was a great value. A little bit of a wait but it was worth it. No indoor seating, but nice view.

This little hole in the wall is perfect! The food is plentiful, it’s delicious and it’s affordable. It’s a great location right on the water too. We got the clamp chowder with the hush puppies it was a 10. A double burger platter & fried shrimp platter & the shrimp were jumbo. We had a great time here & make sure you walk the trail if you visit. Perfect little day trip with this & the park.

We enjoyed our visit here. The hush puppies, clam chowder, salmon special, and kids chicken fingers were good. However, the kids hot dog was a sad excuse for food. I’ve seen gas station hot dogs that look and taste better. The staff was very friendly and the food was decently fast.
Nice outdoor, covered, dining area and you can see and hear the water. Close to the public restrooms that have a family restroom and were surprisingly clean.
Had ice cream after dinner and it is what you’d expect. A nice wrap up to a mostly good dinner.
We would eat here again.

The mahi mahi bites with lime barbecue glaze were the star of the show. A good grille option that is reasonably priced and portioned.

When driving through Maryland, enjoying crab is always on the menu.
We looked for a small, local place that offered a nice crab meal that would satisfy our cravings.
We found that in the Promenade Grille.
Located right on the waterfront, the promenade grille is a small local diner seafood shack. They have many typical summer shack items, but true to Maryland style – crab is the main item.
We ordered a soft shelled crab sandwich with cucumber salad, and a crab cake sandwich, and both came with hushpuppies. The meals are served very fresh and hot, and everything wa absolutely amazing.
They have a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy your meal, rain or shine.
After you enjoy your meal, you can walk along the water on a boardwalk and enjoy the views, the wildlife, and waterfowl.
There are 2 museums along the way that you can visit.
Along the way – you will find a lovely park, with a pier with carvings of local birds, and a light house.
This is the perfect place to get a delicious Maryland crab meal with a view.

Great food and views. Crab cakes, fried fish, and shrimp were all excellent. Cooked perfectly to a nice golden brown with lots of fresh seafood flavor. The pit beef sandwich was just okay… good flavor yet overcooked for my taste. Overall highly recommended as long as it’s a nice day where you can sit outside comfortably, or don’t mind eating in your car.

I need to update with more pics. Location 10/5, food was 3/5, Atmosphere 5/5: overcooked soft shell crab, bread was super dry, order was wrong, lemonade was pretty bland. I’d go again to try another dish and go for a walk. Update coming soon.

Typically this place is very good. It is always my go to place when in Havre De Grace. I always get the House Salad with grilled chicken. I am usually always blown away at how fresh the ingredients are. Unfortunately today this is what the lettuce looked like. I simply could not eat the lettuce. After picking it out I was able to eat the remainder of the salad. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich with literally a tablespoon of cole slaw that was overpriced for the amount of food.
Very disappointed today but will try again. Perhaps it was an off day!
