They did not inform my family they were out of indgredints for the big arch would not have gotten it if we had known. “Compesated for it with fresh fries when that should have been for the cold fries. Seemed to not really care that they didn’t do their due diligence to let us know. Thought new location mabye better service but apparently not.

McDonald’s has lost my business for good , but I do deliver and have to frequent this location and others and it’s all the same . Lukewarm food and horrible service. It’s ashamed really. I added 2 photos of the inside counter of this new location. Whomever would they like me to ask for help when there aren’t any employees to ask?

Inside and outside dirty. Forget getting any help at a register inside. Absolutely no customer service. I was truly hoping with a new location it would be kept clean. Nope. It took almost 10 minutes at 7:05 on a Thursday morning to get an egg mcmuffin and small mocha frappe. I was the only person inside. No napkins or straws to help yourself. Then you have to wait again to get someone’s attention to get a straw. You basically have to lean over the counter to get someone’s attention.

No one mans the register. It’s mainly order at kiosk only or app orders. No way to sub an English muffin for a biscuit on the big breakfast at the kiosk. Takes forever to get help. We got our meal pretty quick but order was wrong in 3 parts… I’d say with all the Mc Donald’s in town, go to a different one.

Horrible customer service. Why do I keep coming back? I have faith they’ll eventually get my order right. Wrong. Over the span of at least 4 years my order has been right maybe 3 times.
As someone who has worked in retail, fast food and is still in customer service, their service is absolutely horrible.

The service was terrible. They kept me waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. To make matters worse, I told them I’d been waiting for over an hour, and they said they were about to bring my order, but they never did. Finally, a young woman who speaks Spanish helped me get my order. The other employees, including the manager, did nothing about it. They’re all terrible workers, sitting outside smoking while the customers waited. On top of everything, they don’t maintain hygiene when preparing the food. This is unacceptable!

This is the new one they just built, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. We had just gotten there when breakfast ended so it took a couple minutes to receive our order but only because it was being freshly made. Definitely will be back.

Worse experience EVER!! I order big macs, they were super dry!! Barely any sauce, fries COLD, request no salt fries, COLD WITH SALT! My son kids burger had 2 small dots smear of ketchup ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Don’t wanna do your job, MOVE AROUND!! RIDICULOUS!! Too much money gone to waste for people to mistakes and make it how they want!!! You want someone make anything up for your order! Close this establishment down immediately!!
