They make it difficult to order your food. Menu is lacking in clarity. Not user friendly kiosk menu. 11$ for a custom sandwich and bottled water (not breakfast but ordered during breakfast hours) asked for full sandwich. Still received only half. Go during lunch get the same thing full size 11$.

People are great

Could have been more informative and maybe double checked my order back with me.
Just super confusing seeing as I specifically said I don’t want meat or a breakfast sandwich. Just a veggie sandwich and then signaled with my hands at a full sized sandwich. To open the box to a half sandwich barely topped.
Maybe a sign to say only half sizes available until x time

The Press is just one of the food outlets in this modern food court type building. We ordered Paninis and it took about 10 minutes to be served, it’s not table service, you get a bleeper that goes off when it is ready and collect it yourself. The sandwich doesn’t look like much when you get it but it was actually pretty loaded and very tasty. There is plenty of seating indoors and outside too but having said that it got quite busy as we were here Sunday lunchtime.

Go visit Michael for a great Coffee experience. I’m just in the area for a coffee otherwise I would’ve loved to try so many more things like their food and pastries. Michael was so knowledgeable about the Vietnamese coffee and recommended such a cool iced version of it that was excellent. This spot has a pickup window from the sidewalk or go in and enjoy their shared seating area.

This place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The associates are delightful. The atmosphere is endearing. The food is equally aromatic as it is delicious. But I must say, what really made our experience a 10 star experience was the service we received from Michael. Michael went above and beyond in more ways than I can even remember, and that has left me unable to adequately express my thanks. He made what was just going to be a quick and perhaps slightly memorable birthday lunch into an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much, Michael.

I drive from Grand Rapids once a week just to come enjoy a sandwich and a croffle. A croffle is when a waffle and croissant have a baby. It’s like heaven in your mouth. They change the menu monthly I think and I love it. The sandwiches are the best compared to any sandwich shop, The Press is the best. The service is always top notch. They have something for everyone, vegans, if you love sweets and a good sandwich. I drive over 30 minutes just to enjoy it.

Best coffee I’ve ever had. Saigon Essence! And the croffles are to die for! Croissant dough baked in a waffle iron and topped with all kinds of deliciousness!

Incredibly unim’press’ed.
They were very busy – only one person was making orders because the other person was taking orders. It wasn’t incredibly busy, but a large group came in ahead of us for lattes and such, so it really backed everything up. We waited at least 20 minutes, if not 30, for our food. And it is coming from a counter-ordering style restaurant that you expect to be quick.
The menu and selection sound really good. They have sandwiches that you can build your own, and they have baked goods. Obviously, they have coffee.
We both built a breakfast sandwich. And mine was far from good. it was plain and poorly built – I honestly had a hard time eating it at all. My friend’s apparently tasted good, but it was an open-faced “sandwich” without warning and ended up being incredibly hard to eat with his hands.
I also got a chocolate pistachio muffin. That was good, at least, but it wasn’t incredible!
Even though it could have been a bad day, I will not be going back. There was not one single piece of that experience that was pleasurable enough to get me to spend my money there again.

Just moved to Muskegon and The Press is HEAVILY recommended on several platforms so I decided to check it out for lunch. I was a little nervous when I realized it was inside a building; I didn’t want to be walking around aimlessly trying to find it, but it was so easy to find! No matter what door you walk through. I ordered the Double Decker and a Strawberry Guava ice tea. Both came out so quick and the tea was so refreshing. Now I see why it’s so highly recommended. I look forward to coming back

Waited at the window to even be greeted or acknowledged the girl that was working left counter right as we walked up and went over to the girls at the other kitchen and was talking with them as we stood in line and waited. We are basically the only ones here and I am not impressed with the friendliness of staff.
