We stopped at Burger King on 2-15-2023 for dinner. When I walked in, there were a few people eating, and the drive thru had several cars in line.

i ordered breakfest and the pancakes were cold. this was the second time it happened and there were a couple other screw ups. i told the girl behind the counter and i was irritated. she defused the situation and had excellent customer service. and i get it. everything is timed and etc but i think the machine might not be coming to temp correctly i dont think it was anyones fault. i just assume i may have been the first to complain. just her apologizing in all honesty meant alot. if i could give the service 10 stars i would because just the fact they apologized for the issue is something a lot of places are lacking. awesome customer service at this place.

This Burger King is quality food, but my husband’s whopper that was supposed to have guacamole on it did not. My son’s did not have any sauce. My chicken nuggets and fries were hot and tasty, as were my daughter’s chicken fingers and fries. I was surprised that they do not carry chocolate milk as a drink option, but I enjoyed the substitutes. There are a men’s restroom and a women’s restroom, each with two stalls, but the space is limited. I think it may be difficult for a wheelchair, although one was wider with the intent to use a wheelchair.

Today 08/16/23 @ 12:05 my husband and I went here to eat. Zina the cashier was very nice and friendly. But the Manger and the other employees were absolutely horrible. 2 sandwiches and a fry was a 23 minutes wait and still didn’t put the fries in. They were not busy. Also I said to the Manger I was writing a bad review and she covered her name tag up. Absolutely horrible! We still never got are food and when she went to give us our money back she said ” the money will go back on your card” we said ” we paid in cash” so the person who paid with a card got a free meal.

We walk into this Burger King and the first thing I noticed was the smell !! It had a horrible odor ! I cant explain the smell but it was awful. It was in the corridor. I proceed to the counter .I place my order , I got a regular whopper meal , medium with onion rings instead of fries. My husband gets the same thing with fries.

Sat in Drive Thru and was never greeted. Waited awhile longer still no one. I left and ordered at another restaurant. The shame here was, there were Bo customers ahead of me and no customers at front counter when I pulled away. So sad. Years ago when I worked in these restaurants we had to greet our customers and inform them that we would be right with them.

Since covid they really stepped up their game, this particular BK was rumored to not wear gloves or be super mindful of your food but now (we went in) its very clean everyone that should be wearing gloves was & our food was made correctly & out to us in a reasonable time.
