We stopped at Burger King on 2-15-2023 for dinner. When I walked in, there were a few people eating, and the drive thru had several cars in line.
The resteraunt was very clean, and tables had the chairs pushed in.
We a short wait to order, but the staff was very friendly. The food was quick to come out.
I had my young son with me, and she brought the food out to us. I really appreciate it when the staff goes above and beyond to help.
The food was very good, and we got the 5 dollar deal with one the Jr bacon burger and the Jr whopper. The fries were hot and tasted great. The same with the chicken nuggets and burgers were very tasty. Both burgers were put together correctly and not thrown together.
The Jr bacon burger was good, but if I had to choose, I would go with the Jr. Whopper.
When the other people left, the staff came out and cleaned the tables.
I asked about the crowns and didn’t know they were free, and she went and grabbed one for us.
Burger King has really stepped up their resteraunt with cleanliness, staff, and how they make their food.
I am really impressed with the service. We have not seen this service in other burger fast food resteraunts.
All the staff we met were very friendly and happy.
I highly recommend trying Burger King in Brookville.

By far the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. Food was cold even though we waited ten minutes for “the chicken to cook”, order was messed up twice, forgot one of the drinks. Food was absolutely awful.

This place is bullshit. Went through the drive through and sat for an entire half hour before we even got to the window. THEN we got the window and they didn’t even have our order in their system anymore and had to ring up our order again. The girls name on her name tag said Bri, she wasn’t very nice and was not good at her job whatsoever. The other guy , his name was Jackson, he on the other hand apologized and was very kind, was not mad at him. And then eventually when we did get our order, they proceeded to get it wrong and we didn’t get all our items so we had to go inside and get it fixed. -10/10 experience and do not recommend this place to anyone, their service is terrible and some of their staff is very rude.

This Burger King is quality food, but my husband’s whopper that was supposed to have guacamole on it did not. My son’s did not have any sauce. My chicken nuggets and fries were hot and tasty, as were my daughter’s chicken fingers and fries. I was surprised that they do not carry chocolate milk as a drink option, but I enjoyed the substitutes. There are a men’s restroom and a women’s restroom, each with two stalls, but the space is limited. I think it may be difficult for a wheelchair, although one was wider with the intent to use a wheelchair.

Remarkably slow and food quality and hygiene practices are questionable. I was just stopping through on a road trip and if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for a refund and just left. If I get sick in the coming days I will update this review.

Don’t come here if you’re expecting any food at all. Waited at the drive through screen for 20 minutes and nobody said a word. The line was stopped dead nobody was getting food. It’s a terrible place, and for your sake don’t come here.

Wait was not long considered it to be really fast which is unusual but not uncommon. I ordered a bacon king combo and a double cheeseburger for my dad got home and the inside of the bag was cold. Fries where cold and had no salt and both sandwiches where cold enough to dismember there was no sign of any heat on the burgers and only put one slice of cheese on the bacon king

Most fast food places these days are staffed with lazy rude employees, slow service, and cold food, I just stopped in for a quick bite to eat then get back on the road expecting the same outcome but this place was different.
The employees were kind and friendly, the service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh.
Would recommend this particular Burger King.

Would not recommend. Specially asked for a plain bacon cheeseburger, and instead got a double cheeseburger with no bacon and condiments on it. Order the meal deal, and onion rings.. got less onion rings than ordered.. same size as the value fries with meal.
