I just wanted to let the owner know that I appreciate how hard he worked on an unexpectedly busy Thursday night juggling everyone’s orders (he was alone until other staff was able to show up and help out). This is an incredible food truck concept and the menu is creative and fun, and when I stumbled upon it looking for food nearby to where I was staying, I knew I had to stop by. My partner and I came all the way down from our home state (800 miles!!) to visit this guys food truck and it was SO worth it. All the food is made to order and tastes so fresh and flavorful. Budget in a little wait time for your orders, and don’t expect a fast food rush job. (because who wants that??)

Don’t eat here unless you want to get addicted! I am absolutely obsessed with this place! We have nothing like it in our town and I think that it’s perfect! Service is 10/10 Food is 10/10 and the price versus how much food you get is absolutely worth it! My favorite is something that Monica put me onto. It’s their mac & cheese bowl with ground beef, chives, pinto beans, and crispy onions. Must give this place a try you definitely won’t regret it!

Had a delicious hotdogs with the bechamel cheese sauce and scallions. Also the cauliflower with the tzatziki was deliciously seasoned and the sauce was amazing. Cant wait to come back and try the Mac n cheese and the loaded potatoes. The owner was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming.
