LEXI is the best! She welcomed me even when I came close to closing time (I was rushing from work) and I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad. I asked her if she could separate the meat from the veggies upon packing( nervous I was asking too much) and she willingly did with a glow of servitude and kindness. She was thorough and made sure my order was accurate. I get up to the window to check out and her demeanor was sweet and had a friendly smile and spirit! As I waited we had a fun chat! Get this girl a raise because with how she connects with others she needs to be recognized as a sweet worker who is dedicated to you not feeling like just another customer.I know its small but her kind heart goes a long way! Salad was ON. POINT!

Made an online order today and was struggling with the app. I called the store after spending almost $50, just to make sure my orders were correct when I called the gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude. After explaining the situation and that I just simply wanted to know if I got my subs toasted he proceeded to ask me if that was all as if asking a simple question was hard. I rarely come to subway and I can assure you I won’t be coming again.

yeah right dont order through online pick up because they need to be supervised when they make your sandwich i garentee you they tossed that frozen chicken on my sandwich and into the toaster to thaw it bc my sandwich is SOAKKKKEED just wet and nasty cheese unmelted and just a botched sandwich its all yall do an you cant even do it right and for like 13 bucks a sandwich get bent

I went up there with my stepdad and he said he’d order for me and I ordered a ham salami and bacon sub and as you can see my sub doesn’t even have any meat on it so I’m paying how much money for a sub when they don’t even know how to get the sub cracked. Maybe BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU needs to hear about this progress that subway is failing at how do you get a BLT with ham and salami, bacon and tomato and the sub has no meat on it and no tomato. I’m not understanding how subway is still in business. And you go there with a coupon or you go there for two subs for 13.99 and you’re charged $50 for four subs cause they don’t want to use your coupon. Why are you even send coupons out in the mail if you’re not gonna take them because it’s getting four subs shouldn’t cost me $50. It should’ve costed me $25 plus the $14 coupon I had maybe Subway needs to be canceled and somebody else needs to take over because whoever’s working there needs to be fired for not knowing what a BLT looks like but you’re gonna charge me $20 for a sub with no meat

Idk if someone was new or being trained, but I put in a pickup order and my sub was so messed up. The bread was mangled, it didn’t have the inner sandwich liner in it so the wrapper was soggy, minuscule amount of lettuce and spinach, no heavy toppings as asked, and missing whole toppings and sauces. Waste of money 🙁

Placed order online for 4:35pm pickup. We arrived 25 minutes early and stood in line patiently and notified them that we were early and asked for are order to be but in the rotation to be made. They refused and made us wait till it was time to make it. We had to wait 30 minutes for our order which was 5 minutes late. Very poor professionalism and truly showed how poorly they treat their customers.

Carla had a nasty attitude, very rude. She felt the need to continue calling me honey, after I told her what my name was. She seemed to mock me as I made my order. She was very polite to the customers of non color color. But very dry and blunt with me.

The lady making our subs was very rude and refused to make our subs the way we wanted, claimed putting the veggies before the sauce creates too much mess for her. Then we were overcharged for a 6 inch that was the meal of the day and did not try to upsell the meal on any of our three sandwiches. Will not return to this location

I just left subway 15 min ago spent $15 on a footling and a mug root beer. I got home and the sunburn was so hard that it was not eatable. I called first they said they would replace half the sub. Then the guy got on and did nope no nothing for you. I was warned about these owners. It has to be real bd fo me to complain. How disappointing. I wish Ken still owned it. He treated his customers right .

This is the worst subway I ever went to in my life the customer service sucks especially the manager I never heard that you get charged extra for cheese on a salad when I complained she said she charged me for a protein bowl with extra meat I never asked for extra meat and it was not no extra meat on it and then I asked her why is only a half a bowl of salad she told me if I wanted more I should have asked again I would never go there again and I see why nobody goes there when I went in it was a 40-minute wait and I was the only one in the store I should have known then to leave then somebody pulled up in the Drive-Thru and she helped them before helping me I should have known then that was my cue not to do business they charge me 22.75 I just want to see if I was tripping I when to another subway make sure I ordered the same thing and it was 15
