We’ve been here several times and never had an experience like this. Our server was really nice and good! This review is mainly for the food. The waffles were really good, I believe that it was called the Veggie Scramble. It was supposed to include asparagus and no bell peppers. When are server brought the food, the scramble didn’t have any asparagus, and the chef put in bell peppers. We showed our server, and he agreed that it was wrong and he was told that they didn’t have any asparagus. He took it back to show the chef. They remade our order, and when my wife started eating it, she saw asparagus in the dish. How did this happen, since we were told that they didn’t have any. We showed our server, and he didn’t know what to say. Shortly after we left, my wife started feeling sick. It must have been something in the food.
We won’t be coming back as there’s other better choices to pick in Los Altos.

We came here for brunch.

As you can probably see, portion size isn’t great.

The food was good but the prices are for better food. Eggs Benedict with sliced ham instead of Canadian bacon?! The side of bacon that was okay tasting making me leave some on the plate? The Brussel Sprouts weren’t charred enough or sweet enough for a good flavor balance. And the corned beef hash with eggs “over hard” that someone took the time to “hard boil”. Under cooked potatoes is also bad. Not all the potatoes were under cooked. But there was more than one chunk in the house potatoes.

The coffee? Gas station coffee. When i look into the white cup and can see the sides through the coffee, I’m disappointed before i taste it. And no brown sugar?

This place has the ability to be great but it’s falling short. The creme brulee was very good but the bread was too small.

A pleasant surprise that there was Bingo ongoing while we there. Everyone participated. Food was ok. Margarita was good and the sunset drink was refreshing. Chicken quesadillas had a lot of meat and when hot sauce was added was tasty. Philly cheesesteak had lot of meat but not much of green peppers or cheese so was just ok. . Salmon soup was great with lots of salmon and hearty. Greens were also liked. Service was polite and fast.

We’ve been to The Post a few times and I do love to support our local restaurants. But I am not sure I will go back to The Post. We recently went for dinner and the food was not good at all. We got two pasta dishes and they were both bland and not restaurant quality at all. It really was substandard food, especially for the price. The service and staff were great though.

Came here last night. I had the blackened salmon and it was amazing. Staff was nice but at one point they pulled away our dessert menu to give to another party. When we ask if they only had one dessert menu she said yes. So didn’t get to try it. A little disappointing after having a delicious main course.

Was in from out of town with a bunch of friend and we stopped here for brunch. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and how great the wait staff was. They also have bottomless mimosas until a certain time period which we closed it down lol. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I went to The Post the other night and was thrilled to see they had added the fried chicken and waffle back on the evening menu. Holy Cow! Was it GOOD. They have tweaked the chicken recipe and it as flavorful as can be. Not only that but they added a delicious gravy on the side. Dang!
Great food coupled with a friendly staff makes The Post a win/win. I’ll be back for more!

The atmosphere of this place is great, but the food was bland and the service was incredibly slow. Come here for the drinks, but don’t bother with the food.

I came for weekend brunch and the place was practically empty yet I barely got any service. The food I ordered looked okay, but tasted really bland. I got a croissant sandwich with fruit, but the “fruit” was all melons… for $25 you can find much better food across the street. .
