Went for “ssam” lettuce wraps for lunch on Sunday and the food was amazing. They offer them on Wednesdays, too.
For ssam specifically, you have to make a reservation and pay at least the day prior, but it is so worth it.
Very fresh ingredients, generous portions, and they are so friendly. I have been a customer since their food truck days, and everything they serve is delicious. Love the art on the walls, too!
Also they just started offering Korean fried chicken. Can’t wait to go back and try that.

This place was amazing! It’s so fun to have another type of Asian cuisine in town, and it was great! The owners were personable and so helpful as we were pretty new to Korean food – never had kimchi before, for example – and they walked us through it and made recommendations, which turned out to be great! We shared the beef bulgogi with rice (something we’d had years before) with pickled yellow radish and traditional kimchi, neither of which we’d ever tried, as the sides. We also shared an order of mandu (dumplings). All of it was amazing – flavorful, fresh, with hearty portions. They have a nice variety on the menu, which also features daily specials, including a revolving Thursday special of various Korean favorites… you gotta go in on Thursdays to find out! We will most certainly be back to try the rest of the menu, including the Thursday specials!

What a wonderful gem I discovered while visiting family! We are Korean and heard great things so we gave it a try. We were not let down. Food was unique, think American meets authentic Korean food. Yummm!! The young man at the front taking orders helped us with all of our orders with a great attitude! The chef came out and greeted us and ensured we were happy with our meals. Outstanding, go check it out!

I love Korean food, and having lived in South Korea for over a year I know what good Korean food tastes like. The Porky Korean definitely hits the mark. The kimchi, both regular and cucumber were made right and very good. The Daeji bulgogi had just the right amount of spice and took me back to the wonderful fragrances of Korean street food. Definitely a place you want to try if you like Korean food, without a doubt.

Great portion sizes and quick but fresh food. Their bibimbop has a bunch of different toppings, and is delicious!
Burrito is big, and well made (toasted after it’s wrapped!)

I’d been looking for a good Korean restaurant and this was a gem I hadn’t heard about yet! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The restaurant itself is so cute and very clean! The food was money well spent! You can’t go to a Korean restaurant and expect it to be a fast and cheap meal, quality takes time and money. We got the bulgogi and bibimbap, if you are looking for a fun place to be introduced to the tastes of Korea, I recommend this restaurant!

The food is good, cooked in a timely manner, good portion. The restaurant is very clean. Food is a little on the pricey side. Heard the business started as a food truck and has been successful enough to move into a brick and mortar, hope they can stick around for a while.

After years of neglecting to try it out despite craving Korean food again I finally went. The food was incredible and immediately took me back through memories of my time in Korea. I’m so happy to see more food cultures succeeding here in Idaho falls.

I love place, they have a very good balance of actual Korean flavors and styles that are consumable by IF natives. They have BBB but you can also just get it LA style as a burrito, or a sandwich, or taco. Love it, very smart.

Delicious! I love that there’s a Korean restaurant in Idaho falls! Generous portions, succulent meat (I had the bulgogi) and home made authentic kim chi and side dishes. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu! They even have specials — Korean pancake and tokbokki!
