The Ponds Restaurant, is a Beautiful new eatery, located in the heart of the Catskills. Featuring a fresh farm-to-table seasonal menu, its own brew pub, other locally brewed favorites, as well as regional wines and spirits. Our foods incorporate our fresh spin on many of our classic favorites. Showcasing pizza, wings, burgers, tacos, homemade hand-pulled pastas, and much more! The Ponds resides in our gorgeous 2500 square foot fully finished, (heated and air conditioned) Amish barn. Eat inside in our spacious dining room or out on the deck and enjoy the layers of beauty from the bloom of the Natural Gardens, and relaxing sounds of the multiple fresh spring fed ponds. The Bar will stay open late until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights

Hands down my favorite restaurant around Delhi. The Chicken Jam sandwich tastes fantastic and has never let me down. Wide variety of beer on tap and in can. Great service, great menu variety, great location all in a very clean, new building.

The place is stunning and super well maintained, we were very lucky to visit the restaurant recently and enjoyed every moment, from the pool table, to the breathtaking scenic views, food is delicious and mostly all the vegetables they use are grown in their greenhouses, on top of that they have a microbrewery operation with very great seasonal beers. The people running the restaurant will make you feel like family.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. We found it on a whim and it turned out to be the best few hours of our day! Not only do they have a restaurant that serves outstanding food but most if not all the veggies are homegrown. The homemade desserts are so yummy and the best fritters. But it goes on… they have a “shack” out back that is a bourbon tasting room and the selection is incredible. They also make their own beer! Ok, and the atmosphere both inside the restaurant and the tasting room is so thought out, but as if I could not get any better the grounds of this place are incredible. The ponds, gardens, and ducks are amazing. You have to experience this place. We loved it.

Great food and service. During the summer there are games outside as well as seating. They also run a corn hole league during the winter which is a lot of fun. The owners, Steve and Cathy, are very fun and great people. Would definitely recommend to check the place out and bring your family.
P.S. Best fries I’ve ever had. They’re always hot and they’re always crispy(and they don’t taste like fish). The wings and the bacon jam are also unbelievable.

I drive 3 hours up to East Meredith and come up here from New Jersey. This place has never let me down with food, service, drinks or atmosphere. Everytime I come by, I get a windy hill farm burger, at least one special, and an order of Carolina barbecue wings. Don’t forget to stop by Steve’s whisky shed! Meet the staff, meet meet Cathy( she’s the best in the business and has the best energy), meet her husband Steve. Come to the ponds restaurant.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I had the fettuccine with broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken in basil cream sauce. The portion was huge. The salad was bright and crisp. The only downside is that the menu had limited choices.

The Ponds restaurant is a very welcoming and beautiful place! The scenery is a big eye catcher and the food is just perfect. The new specials every weekend make it the perfect place to try something new! The wait staff are very friendly and attentive. The owners are sweet people with very big hearts. They really make the experience a 10/10.
