Place is fantastic. Alex (in the bar) was really a great server and made the visit fun and enjoyable. had her try and make me a margarita that wasn’t on the menu (jalapeno/pineapple) and she did an amazing job. Really, food… service..drinks… everything was great. I’ll definitely be back!!

We always stop at the Plaza on trips to Colorado from East Texas. The food is consistently good. We had house margaritas, los caribenos tacos, a chimichanga and fried ice cream. The service is great too!

I had the chicken and beef fajitas,the flavor was good,the meat was tender and juicy,and the vegetables that came with the dish was really nice too,my side dish of French fries was so nummy. Our waiter was friendly and fast she made shore that our glasses was full the whole time. Great place to bring the whole family.

I’ve been to the Amarillo place and considered it a favorite. But today we ate in Dumas and it was way better than Amarillo! Chicken enchiladas with sour cream are the best. Plate portions were a lot. We had a patty of 8 and everyone left full and happy with their choices. Definitely will return!

Love the food and the service wasn’t bad but they got my order wrong and instead of addressing it the waitress acted as if she didn’t even notice. I’m not the type to send my food back so I still ate it and it was good just not what I asked for. I also got a couple of cucumber chiltons and they were delicious but my second one was served with oranges in it for some reason.

I will give this place a 6 stars, this was my first time going here and absolutely loved it. Came in and waited to be seated. Got in pretty fast, The Food was great! Tasted fresh, authentic, delicious. Waitress was very friendly, responsive, attentive. Planning on coming back soon. 🙂 starting Good, hope they keep up the good work.

Ordered all meat combo quesadillas on 5/9/23 the waiter took the order 25 minutes later he came back and said they lost the ticket and asked what was order. We told him and he left and out the order in a second time. 20 mins later the order came out and instead of fajita steak the quesadilla had ground beef no shrimp and had some red sauce. Food was not that great but the drinks and the margarita was on point it was amazing. Service was bad food needed help bad but drinks were very good..
