A hidden gem in this community. Always feels cozy, always friendly, and always attentive. From their Belgium Waffles w/ Chicken Tenders to their Taylor Ham w/ cheese & eggs to their Oatmeal with mix fruits, all splendid! I’ve been here for years and at no time have I ever walked away upset. Excellent service to top it off, thank you!

I will admit I am bias (just left the diner). For a long time my go to local diner in the area when I want to be around very nice people (like family) and treated like a local even thou I don’t frequent as much since I moved out of the area.

Just left the restaurant Today is August 2 2025 with my family we go there every month. My son ordered a cheeseburger. It had green mold all over. It didn’t wanna let anyone know around us so I told the waitress and the owner was in Greece on vacation and the daughter still charge us for the burger I will definitely not be going back to this establishment. I’ve been a longtime citizen of Bloomfield for the last 20 years, I’ve been going to this restaurant for the last two years with my family. After this they lost my business I would never go back Management did not even come over and apologize for it. She just sat there and looked at us like we were in the wrong. Maybe if you had better quality control on the food the buns would not Come out with mold on them do a better job and have better quality control. You will get a lot of people sick and there’s a lot of older people in there that can’t deal with that . And please do not go there to order any breakfast sandwich you will pay $10 for one egg and two slices of bacon. It’s more like a bread sandwich not getting your moneys worth there’s better establishments around here for breakfast. I found a new breakfast place Angelo’s right across the street from Stop & Shop. This will be my new family breakfast place

Been wanting to come here for the longest time and finally made it! The place is super cute and the staff was so kind and nice. I had the pancakes with bacon and it was good stuff! Will def be back to try some of the rest of the menu!

New to the neighborhood so I was looking for the closest dinner, I found this one nice and small or cozy you might say. Decent menu staff nice but I’m not sure if the owner was there some disgruntled guy complaining, maybe it was because he went behind the kitchen, whatever I’ll be going back every now and then.

Let’s start by saying that it wasn’t all bad. The service was absolutely perfect and the energy and vibe in there was GREAT overall. Especially between patrons and staff. Local old timers and your everyday regulars, exactly how you’d expect a diner to be.
Let’s get to what we are here for. The food. To start , the food was really mediocre. Something that without effort could’ve been made at home. Scrambled eggs was literally that with a slice of Kraft cheese thrown on right before coming out, half the eggs without cheese. Didn’t even look presentable. The toast was effortless, just throw in toaster and buttered up with little to no effort (only top slice was really buttered, 1 out of 4), pancakes had no real flavor even with the added bananas over the top. The best thing was the sausage but then again you can’t really mess that up. Diner coffee is always great so no complaints there.
I was really disappointed since this is our local diner and our first time there. I frequent diners as much as I can and always love trying new places and this one took me aback. It was all great at first but when the food was served it was really disappointing. Fulfilling sure, but taste and overall satisfaction is just not worth the money when you can get the same quality of food from the comfort of your home
