I usually don’t write reviews, but this is probably the best pizza in all Rochester. It’s semi-tough find NYC style Pizza within Rochester. But this pizza is the best. This is the reason I stay in New York State when my family tells me we should move down south. Also if you get Pizza go to this location in the city it is much better than they’re other locations. I even got it grubhubbed and it was still 10 outta 10 in quality.

Omg the peach jerk pizza is UNBELIEVABLE! One of the best I’ve ever had. Created in-house by Luis, the sweetness of the peaches perfectly complements the slight kick of the jerk chicken. Highly recommend!

Great place to grab a quick slice or two. They have a large variety of pies displayed to pick from. They put the slice back in the oven so you have a nice hot slice. Pizza is always on point with flavor.

Best Pizza I’ve had in Rochester so far, and I am a pro pizza eater. ♀️ Sells by slice or whole which makes it convenient for any time of day. Has many different flavors and crust is top tier. Love it.

I’ve been going there for about 2 years now and it has been my favorite place to get pizza in Rochester! Chris has been a consistent and very pleasant individual to see each time I go there. He is usually the one that manages the slices and his customer service is amazing! Also, Carisha at the register is extremely nice and keeps a smile that radiates positive energy. I highly recommend this place to eat just make sure you have a good parking spot.

I have been goin to the pizza shop for 30 years and all I have to say is I was very disappointed and I know Jim would be disappointed too The way the young people that work there would treat a client all because I asked for another plate for me and my grandson, also the young man that was in the register try to charge me $16 for two slices and two cokes after he saw that I was getting uncomfortable he decided to change the price. I live in the Bronx but I have been a contractor for the federal government (court reporter) and I brought my grandson upstate to see that we Bronx natives eat N.Y.C pizza even upstate because I know Jim is from the city too. I promise my self Will wait till I get back to N. Y. C to eat pizza and I will miss your pizza also I know you don’t care but I remember when my Dad left me a gas station and I screw it up because I was young and thought the consumer never has the right so please I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else and thanks for the beautiful 30 years eating Jim’s pizza

I know it’s unfair to judge an entire establishment by the employees you come in contact with during your visit, so I’ll point out that this is directed at the crew working 05/05/25 around 3:30pm. Called and was put on hold approximately 10 times. I was on my way there anyway and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone so I just went in, ordered a pepperoni cheese pizza, paid and was told 20 minutes. Went to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later and they said they didn’t have a pepperoni pizza so they handed me a cheese pizza and said “you should be happy, it’s cheaper”. I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know if I was charged for just a cheese pizza, but regardless someone on their end managed to screw up an order as simple as a pepperoni pizza. My daughter only eats pepperoni so I had to make her a separate dinner which was the whole point of getting pizza for dinner, so I didn’t have to cook. All that being said, the pizza isn’t anything to write home about. Go to Cordellos, they never disappoint.
