So tonight we Finally wanted to see what all the Hype was about at The Pizza Plug so they had the 20 cut Pizza on Special, we got Half Pepperoni and Half Mushroom! So when I first looked at it I had mixed feelings but Let Me Tell You After I took the Second bite I couldn’t Stop Myself!! Pizza Plug Definitely Lived up to the Hype! What ever ya’ll are doing Please For The Love of God Do Not Change Anything! 5 Stars!! Everything from the Crust to the Sauce to the Cheese to the Toppings! Excellent and Also the Girl working there was Very Nice and Courteous!!

Can’t do 1 star cause after being heated up in my oven, the pizza and wings tasted very good! But the fact it took 2 whole hours for it to get here is just crazy!! And then forgot my 2 liter as well. I have managed a pizza place before so I completely understand busy times!! But when there is proper communication between cooks and drivers, food will arrive still fresh! I really hope someone reaches out and can resolve this for me.

We stopped in for the first time last night and had such a great experience! Everyone was super friendly. There is a lot of room to dine in, and you can also place to go orders. We had a large pepperoni mushroom pizza, some mild wings, broccoli cheese bites, and funnel cake fries. Everything was delicious and fresh, and we were amazed at how big the portions were for the price! They also have amazing ranch, which you know is a staple for a good southwestern PA pizza restaurant Looking forward to having your food again soon!

DO NOT get delivery. While the pizza was in fact good. I was told delivery was 45 min. And hour and 50 min later my pizza showed up cold. I was able to reheat it and it was good. If you can’t get the pizza out on time and hot don’t offer delivery. When I called to check in the pizza at an hour and 20 min the girl apologized for saying 45 min. But nothing else was done. No discount etc. Not sure I will go here again

My experience here was great from beginning to end.. when I called in to place an order the woman on the other end of the phone greeted me pleasantly and throughout the phone call was extremely polite and actually seemed happy to be working compared to anywhere else anymore that customer service lacks and seem so miserable.. when I walked in with my 3 year old daughter our order wasn’t quite ready yet but they were very polite and helped entertain my daughter while we waited.. the food was fantastic, I got a chicken salad and a cheese pizza.. sauce was delicious and the salad was STACKED.. they are not afraid to pack you full of food and give you what you pay for! My mother said she order a pasta dish recently and it was also fantastic! We will definitely be frequent customers of this facility.. I also love the family atmosphere and how they seem to take care of their staff which is a huge plus for me coming from a management standpoint!!

This is an amazing place to eat. This family cares more about the food and experience they are giving to you than any other place around. Not only does the owner love what she does, she cooks amazing food. If you haven’t gotten the chance to eat here I highly recommend it. Their pizza is amazing, some of the best quality around. The Pizza Plug even goes as far as baking their own baked goods so you have some extra special treats to choose from. Though they may not always be the same or around you always have selection. Their menu is broad and has something for everyone to enjoy. They are clean, professional, and fun loving. Go eat at the pizza plug if you havent already because it will be one of your new favorites.

Ordered from The Pizza Plug on a Saturday night. The pizza was great and we especially liked the sauce. I typically like a more yeasty crust but the pies tasted great. Was particularly surprised with the wings. Wings at most pizza places seem like an afterthought. However, The Pizza Plug’s wings were not only huge but cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed the hot butter and garlic sauce as well.

I never like to leave a bad review, so please understand that this is only to help, not to slam. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to eat our food, which looked delicious, and that we had heard such good things about. Our sandwich, pizza, and salad all tasted chemical-ly, like perfume or cleaner. (Perhaps someone didn’t rinse cleaner off the prep table well enough, or had lotion on their hands?) I assume this is a one-time thing, because no one else has mentioned it.

This business is BOOMING!! My family absolutely loves their food! The wings are AMAZING. My family is a hard one to please with wings, and for them to actually ask for the Pizza Plug’s wings is just crazy to me. The customer service is right on point and so are the drivers. Very Pleasant! 5 stars all the way around!!

We have ordered pick up and delivery many times. Always spot on! My husband loves the Italian Stromboli and my fav is the taco pizza. We’ve had other things as well and always good and consistent. Highly recommend!
