Drop what you’re doing and go get some pizza at the Pizza Gene now!
Absolutely outstanding!
You can taste the difference.
Pat and the crew take their time, their extensive knowledge in pizza science, using the best high quality ingredients available, and it shows.
The dough is light, airy, chewy, and crusty.
The sauce is perfectly made.
The toppings applied with care.
Baked to perfection.
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the pie.
The best pizza in the area by a mile!
Highly recommended!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! The quality and flavor were outstanding, you can really tell they care about what they’re serving. Pat, the owner, even came over to chat with us, Fantastic food, I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Pizza Gene more than five stars, I would.

I’ve known about Pizza Gene for a while, and every single time I order from here, I’m reminded why it’s my absolute favorite pizza spot. Pat, the owner, isn’t just running a business – he’s genuinely passionate about what he does. You can see it in the way he greets people, the way he remembers faces, and especially in the way he puts so much care into every single order.

The ingredients are honestly on another level. You can tell he’s picky (in the best way) about what goes into his food. The dough tastes fresh, the sauce has real flavor, not that bland canned stuff, and the toppings are always high-quality. It’s the kind of pizza where you take the first bite and instantly know you’re eating something made with intention, not something thrown together. I love that consistency – no matter what I order or when I go, it’s always just as good as the last time.

But the food is only half of what makes Pizza Gene special. The atmosphere and the people are the other half. The staff is genuinely friendly, not in the forced “customer service smile” kind of way, but in the way where you actually feel welcomed. Pat especially goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. He’ll check on you, ask how everything is, and he truly listens. It’s rare these days to find a business owner who cares that much, and it makes a huge difference.

There have been so many times where I’ve left thinking, “Wow, more places should be like this.” Good food is one thing, but good people behind good food? That’s what sticks with you. Pizza Gene has both.

If you haven’t been yet, go. Try anything (especially the Abomination pizza!) – seriously, you can’t go wrong. It’s the kind of place you end up recommending to everyone, and once they go, they instantly get why.

Thank you, Pat, for running a place that feels like home and serving the best pizza around. This is what a local business should be.

Great pizza! Firstly, don’t be mistaken, its not a chain like Blaze that turns out low quality pizza, or even Dominos. They are artisans here and use high quality ingredients and its shows. They can adjust the level of done-ness (cooked, crispy, charred) based upon your specifications. The dough and toppings tasted great. Its comfortable to eat in and they also have a small outdoor space.

This place has great pizza. But I do think they kind of rip you off with the toppings though. And sometimes the crust is very extensive, so that there is not as much pizza with toppings. I paid for double pepperoni and this is what I got, lol.

This is by far the BEST pizza I have ever had!!! The dough is out of this world, the sauce is definitely home made and just delicious. Also the garlic nots are the ultimate best, and I am not a garlic knot person until I have Pizza Gene’s garlic knots.
Staff is amazing and super welcoming. The owner is also so nice and super friendly.

The pizza was *delicious* and it was beautiful looking too. Pat, the owner, was super nice to me and my friends. He gave us some garlic knots since we’re visiting from out of state (and they are a MUST HAVE)

the pizza is good, the store is new so it’s very clean but also an inviting smaller place. The staff is friendly and the owner has an interesting story of multiple generations of family in the pizza biz.

After having a poor delivery experience, the owner Pat invited us in to try their pizza again. He is very enthusiastic about food and was an amazing host. We ate pizza, wings, garlic knots, and fried dough. The garlic knots were really good! We tried the wings charred since I’d never had them that way before, but it wasn’t my favorite way to have them so I’ll try them without char next time. The pizza was much better this time, no complaints. He let me try a slice of pizza with a white sauce on top and I wish I could remember what it was called because it was so good and could possibly be a new favorite pizza topping. My daughter who loves all things fried and pizza was in heaven. One of my daughters wasn’t feeling well and we got a pizza to go and Pat put a get well message in the pizza box. Pat, thank you for convincing us to try your good again and for being such a great host.
