Ordered delivery on a Saturday night around dinner time, pizza arrived in half an hour right on time.
Pizza looked awesome, large with pepperoni sausage and onions. Taste was very good.
Only thing I didn’t like was the crust. It had the texture and taste of bread more than pizza crust. I know everyone’s tastes are different, so no stars deducted, but it wasn’t my favorite pie.

We love the food from here. We ordered a pep pizza, a white pizza add chicken and and Italian. The food was amazing!!! We have ordered it 3 more times since and the food has stayed great everything. I asked the woman that runs the store about the bad reviews. They made changes to their staff and the problems aren’t existent anymore. I personally have never had an issue. If you were let down before, I’d give it another shot! The fiest time I ordered I didn’t realize that they put tomatoes and spinach on the white pizza. When I called back I asked if they could rush a white pizza with only chicken and cheese. The woman’s response was no problem. I told her I may have messed up the order and tried to pay for the replacement pizza. She said no, thank you for your business that pizza is on us. My point is the food is great and the management is just as good!

They get 2 stars because their pizza is edible, but barely. I’ve ordered twice for delivery. I live under 15 minutes away. Both times the pizza was undercooked, over-seasoned and cold. Both times, I paid the delivery fee and tipped generously ahead of time on my credit card, and both times, the order was 45 minutes later than the quoted time frame. Both times, the store was impossible to reach by phone and took constant calling/being put on hold/hanging up and calling back. I’m shocked this place can stay open when there are other way better options nearby. Even my kids wouldn’t eat it this past time, and that’s saying a lot, because they eat any pizza. I can’t believe I wasted $75 on 3 pizzas, twice. Hoping to save others from this mistake as well.

Today (7-23-2023) was my first visit to The Pizza Den and had a wondeful califlower crust pizza. The crust was just absolutely delicious. If you are gluten-sensitive they do not call it gluten-free because of the wheat flour dust that is in the kitchen of every pizzeria. I had no reaction, will be back, and recommend it to those that are looking to reduce their wheat intake but love pizza.

I really don’t want to share my feelings about your food but I have too before this becomes the usual in your store. I have been buying since you opened and the food was great my first few times there. But Sunday for football I got a small pizza and a whole Italian hoagie. And the pizza was not done the dough was wet on the bottom and the amount of meat on your hoagie was embarrassing to say the least. After several weeks of trying to find out when they are open, I was sadly disappointed in the quality of the pizza for the price. It’s hard to describe but the sauce is more acidic than a typical pizza sauce. There is no crust and it gives it a totinos quality. Crust was overdone while the cheese was barely melted.

The white pizza here is incredible! We ordered a dozen hot wings as well and they were great. The staff is very friendly and the walk in area is clean. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent service a very good pizza and calzone. We ordered the steak calzone and the white pizza with spinach feta and tomato. The staff was awesome 7/27/23. Will definitely be back.

For the price of their food we thought the quality was going to be way better, the pizza was not good at all, I hate to say but Dominos at half of cost was way better, seems like the water in the sauce soaked the crust and was very soggy, very disappointed will not order again
