I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops in my life, and this Honey Dew takes the cake. The staff is so attentive as soon as you walk through the door, with fresh food and fast waits. The mocha madness with a hint of pistachio is my favorite- highly recommend. Did I mention the staff? TOP NOTCH.

430 didn’t even have munchkins out. 🙁 I come here every morning I was very upset. Only thing I look forward too. Not sitting around waiting for them to be done . Store manager is the best . When she doesn’t work this store is down hill I guess.

I was a loyal customer to Honey Dew for years but it seems the last few months the store has gone down hill. My coffee is never right or even the correct coffee I’ve ordered. I stop daily on my way to work and I do not have time for them to remake my coffee when they mess up. The girls are so busy talking to each other that they do not pay attention to the customers. Very poor customer service!!! I will no longer be stopping there in the morning as my experience today was the last straw….. I will drive past Honey Dew from now on and go to a local “mom and pop” coffee shop!

Used to be my favorite location but they hired a bunch of new people and the consistency stopped and the customer service is not the same. I was a regular, now I rarely go. The employee got mad and had an attitude when I told her my mocha madness was missing mocha and she had to add the mocha. Really lazy people now, I had to change to the Bellingham location for consistency.
