The Pizza Cart produces 10” hand rolled thin crust pizzas. We believe that by using quality product from local purveyors we will simply produce a more delicious pizza. We make our dough and sauce from scratch using less than 7 ingredients in each. Our personal thin crust pizzas delight our hungry guests. We offer gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, egg free and soy free options and pride ourselves on catering to even the most restrictive diets. We have an extremely low ecological footprint using an Oregon cob brick oven, and we are proud that the only waste the cart leaves is biodegradable paper plates and napkins.

I was very excited to see a wood fire pizza oven on a cart. I had the impression that it was homemade pizza. But it’s a burnt tortilla with canned sauce and cheese on top. For $14. If you’re going to do that, don’t charge that much, and be honest about the product. Very disappointed. I like to support local food vendors but this feels like they’re trying to pull one over on people just to make money for something that’s not worth that much. Looking at other reviews, they’ve been doing this for at least 8 years and haven’t changed.

Wish they advertised that the crust is tortilla like, if you order pizza, you’re expecting pizza dough but since the dough is different that should be advertised to avoid people being confused and upset.

Apparently these guys share their oven with crux. It was small, but really good the first time around. I should’ve known something was up when it took 20 mins for the first order, and 3 mins the second time we visited this spot. We were extremely surprised to try the pizza for a second time, only to pay $10 for charred, paper thin crust that would make tostino’s looks gourmet by comparison. I hate to leave bad reviews, but put some passion and love into your cooking or don’t bother. The lack of concern really shows.

I ordered their Maui Wowie but subbed in Pepperoni instead of the Canadian bacon and it was sooooo booooommb!!! Super thin and crispy, with some nice charred bits on the edges. Omg and the sauce was frickin amazing! Highly recommend. 10/10.

And the dessert!!! I almost forgot!!! They make some kind of gooey S’mores bar, with pockets of molten marshmallowy goodness and just the right amount of chocolate, but not so much that it overpowers the buttery, graham crackery flavor. Oh gawd, now I want one.
