I had this once before but it was a while ago. We wanted something different so we used Door dash and had this delivered. Everything was super hot. So kudos to Doordash and Renaldi’s for keeping everything nice and hot. The pizza (all the way) was excellent and cooked to perfection. The crust is a medium build with nice fluffiness but some crunch to go with it. Sauce was great as well and all the toppings completed it. We also ordered an Italian Sub and it to was simply amazing. First time trying this pizzeria. Friendly staff, and quickly made for pick up. Ordered a simple pep pizza tonight, crust not think or thin, just perfect in my opinion – but kind of flavorless. Sauce was tasty though. Stringy cheese and spicy pepperoni. Will eat here again as an alternate to other pizza places around town.

Since we moved to Canal 2 years ago, Renaldi’s is always our go to! It’s constantly great and the service is stellar. The house pizza is great, a little spicy. We usually add in the chef salad with Italian, amazing! Their subs are fantastic as well! You can’t go wrong!

Our experience went like this: driving home from spring break and looking for great pizza, googled this and saw great reviews by locals. Having worked at a pizza place owned by Italians myself I am a great judge of pizza.
The pizza gets a 4/5 because the sauce has no flavor(sorry guys)
It’s loaded with toppings! Thick and sought crust with a crispy edge.
But you need better sauce and maybe some homemade ingredients like sausage or local meats/veggies.
Service gets a 3/5 because all the workers were in the back. The owner talked to another local but didn’t come out and talk to us in the 40 minutes that we were here.
Clean, delicious, and a tad expensive. 4/5.
Good luck on your expansion! Can’t wait to come back again.

Great overall experience. Pizza is delivered on time, and the delivery girl is always friendly. They do an exceptional job loading up on toppings. Crust could use some flavor, but still an excellent choice for dinner!

I would give a zero but it wouldn’t let me. The most disorganized food service I have EVER had the displeasure of ordering from. Last time we were told 35 minutes it was well over an hour. This time I was told 35-40 min. Arrived 40 min later and paid for my pizza. Waited for 15min and enjoyed conversation with a sheriff deputy whose pizza took over an hr, was then told by an employee they forgot to make my order. I will NEVER enter this DUMP again!!

Really this review should be 3.5 stars, but I decided to round down instead of up. The pizza was okay, I just feel that the consistency is bad. Some slices of pizza had sauce and it seemed others had minimal, ruining the taste. This wouldn’t be an issue if it was just one time, but I have had this problem three times.
