Very lively Irish pub like atmosphere with live music and cool outdoor space. Great mix of young and old and we were able to watch college football on the tvs. They have Old Spekeled Hen ale which is a hard to find favorite. Only ding is zero customer service from the wait staff if you’re not a regular, except for the bar tender who was excellent. There was 4 of us and we were ignored until we were getting up to leave. Chalking it off to an off day.

Absolutely amazing shepherd’s pie. Brought back some childhood memories.. comes with sweet soda bread.

Fantastic atmosphere, especially for soccer fans. Lots of friendly locals.

The Irish coffee was also delicious.

Visiting from out of state and came to The Pitch. We are so glad that we did. We were treated like family as soon as we walked in the door. Food and atmosphere were fantastic. We were able to talk to the owners and they gave us suggestions for the Steelers game we were attending. As well as great conversation with them about other things. They gifted us a soccer scarf from the local team as well as gave my nephew a beanie. I will be making it a point to stop here again the next time I am in Pittsburgh.

This pub is the greatest! The staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming- it feels like your neighborhood place where everyone knows your name. There’s lots of space inside and out, nice British+ pub fare and an EXCELLENT rotating beer list. We come in to play Irish music most Thursday evenings and love hanging out here!

My wife and I stopped by here to grab a dinner while watching Monday Night Football. While it was an ideal place to watch sports, it’s named after soccer pitch after all. The beers options are great! Had pretzel with beer cheese which was real good. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the entrees is nothing to be excited for. My wife had chicken tenders and I had fried fish and chips. The fish and fries were not crispy as it should be. The chicken tender is flavorless.
The bartender that service is was friendly and stayed on top of everything. I don’t mind coming back just for beer and pretzels.

What a great spot in Lawrenceville! Pitch is a hidden gem with everything you could want in one place. I went for the free, no cover cost, Latin dance night (every second Tuesday), and it was a blast. DJ D’Aço (Mike David) kept the energy up with some incredible music, and the large dance floor was perfect for Latin dance moves. There’s a full bar, kitchen, patio, and plenty of seating, making it a versatile place for anyone looking to enjoy a night out.

Although I didn’t try any food, the kitchen was open, and many patrons were enjoying what looked like some tasty dishes. They also have multiple screens for anyone wanting to catch a game — perfect if you want to combine dancing with watching your favorite team. I’m definitely planning to come back, especially to check out their Wednesday “Open Mic” night, which sounds like it could be a fun karaoke experience. Pitch is going to be a hot spot in no time!

Sorry that it took Barb’s Breakfast Corner closing for us to discover this great eatery right next door! Looking forward to their featured Reggae night every 3rd Thursday of the month. They were gearing up at 2pm for the River Hounds’ game when we were there on Friday.
