Our first time eating here and we took our food to go. The food was good. We got the regular flavor with no sauce. Definitely will try the spicy one next time. Maybe even eat in. The restaurant has a lot of space. Oh, and we got sushi. It was good too, spicy tuna and shrimp tempora. The only thing I didn’t like was that they put my seafood boil bag directly on top of the sushi, which made my sushi warm.

Just had dinner here with my son and I can say the sushi rolls are good the ramen soup ok. The service was good and prices are great food comes out fast. I would have to see if they have a mayo sauce to go with the sushi but overall I can see myself eating here again.

Would have liked to give this a 3.5 because I think the pricing is very good but some parts were disappointing.
Recommend: green mussels, seafood boil in a bag
Good: shrimp, dungeness crab*, potato, (and overall pricing)
Ok: sushi
Meh: corn
Recommend green mussels over black because they are larger and come on the half shell.
Dungeness crab gets an asterisk because the meat from the body (top part) of the crab is perfection, but the meat inside the crab is hard and shriveled.
The rice is very hard – and I like firm rice but it was even too hard for me. The rice was hard on both on the sushi and as a side, though it was nice to get a side of rice to soak up the sauce with the crab boil. The sauce is very tasty.
The sushi fish seemed pretty decent but the rolls fell apart when picked up.
Shrimp were slightly over cooked and were not deveined.
Can’t go wrong with potatoes but the corn was really very tough.
Decor is pretty fun.

This place is hands down incredible. I cannot believe my town has been blessed by Seafood Boil!! I was in Miami Florida a week ago and took my dad to try Seafood Boil and it blew our minds. Now back in Jersey, I was craving it so bad I decided to look it up – Bam! – 7 minute drive, and this place opened up a month ago! Can I be dreaming?? I went the same night and my mind was blown again. This place is the real deal! Thanks and I will be back for more!!

I had the pleasure of ordering take out from this place and was pleasantly surprised at the decor. Really nice inside. I ordered Snow Crab Legs Boil with Lemon Pepper on the side. The crab legs were of premium quality!!! I will definitely be going back!

This new location definitely keeps up with the seafood boil name. Typically I go to the Dunellen location but when I saw this location decided to try. Good food and really great service. The decor is also really cute and seafood themed. At first on the outside I wouldn’t have expected it, but this location is very clean and spacious as well.

My boyfriend and I wanted to grab dinner and went to this spot. When we arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. We walked into this cutely decorated restaurant. We were sat and served by Yumi and she was cool just moving like speedy Gonzalez. The restaurant had daily specials and I went with the Monday special of snow crabs, mussels, and headless shrimp with medium cajun sauce and it was only $32. My boyfriend got the 1lb snow crabs with mild cajun sauce. When it came out it looked so good. I dug in and it tasted soooo good. I enjoyed the flavor and they gave plenty. This is a BYOB establishment fyi. We definitely enjoyed our experience and would return.

Winner would be the king crab legs! You get loads of meat, so be prepared to get ur hand dirty on those juicy legs! We had mussel, soft shell crab, king crab legs, oyster, Cajun wings and Cajun fries.

Food was good, fresh and easy to peel. I got the half pound of shrimp and half pound of crawfish. Wish I had gotten the full pound of shrimp as you get a lot more bang for your buck with the shrimp. I probably got 20 shrimp and only maybe 8-10 crawfish. I also got the Cajun seasoning. They have Pepsi products and not coke products like their menu shows. Only negative thing to say about this place was my waitress Yumi, she had no personality and was difficult to talk to. Didn’t come to check on me during my meal and hardly speaks. Other than that, highly recommend!
