Fausta in particular is such a sweetheart.♥️ She works very hard and has great customer service skills. As a hard working mom, I appreciate being able to grab some nutritious food for my family. I ate here yesterday for the first time in a few years and honestly it was a let down.
The biggest issue were the pita chips. They weren’t chips, more like crumbs you’d find at the bottom of a chip bag. This is not acceptable especially since I paid for an extra bag of chips.
Prices have gone up too. which is not a problem, but I expect better quality if prices go up. Especially at this place.
Another issue was the rice. They added way too many almonds. I wanted rice with almonds. Not almonds with rice.
And finally, the chicken was cold.
This place used to be awesome. Not sure what happened this time but it wasn’t very good.

SO GOOD who ever compared it to chipotle wasn’t giving them their well deserved credit. It’s authentic and delicious, I’m an introverted person naturally but they were so nice and welcoming love this place and hope EVERYONE TRYS!!!! The pic is AFTER I violated that plate WORTH EVERY PENNY YALL!!

Tasty food, but the bowl situation is ridiculous. The bowls are comically small for the amount of food that gets piled onto them. If you get the food to-go, they then attempt to fit a flat lid onto the bowl, squishing all the toppings together. It makes the food look very unappetizing.
Please use bigger bowls, or get rounded lids that accommodate the food properly. I won’t be returning unless this is fixed.

Because of the great reviews, I decided to dine at Pita Guys. Unfortunately, my belly was not content. I ordered the salad with chicken skewers. The chicken was definitely flavorful and tender. No dressing was given for my salad but i had the tzatziki. Also tasted the garlic sauce and that was a no for me. Trust me, I love garlic. I usually eat it fried or pickled and I displeased. Lastly, the bread was dry and tasteless to me. Sigh…

Unfortunately, I watched my favorite place decline. Amazing food. I would drive far to eat here. Now, I’m walking out. They frequently run out of chicken. Make you Wait. They have one person working. You Wait. The portions are smaller now. I’ll try returning much later to see if they improve. Many more options in the area.
