Friday Feb 6th at 1132 am. Location was quite busy and all employees were diligently working hard! Especially commendable was the young lady working the actual food line. Other employees were busy getting food refills ready as they were low and she stepped up and did the whole line!! Including checking me out!! Great work yall!! Food was good and portions were fine.

I went to this chipotle. The portions for chicken is definitely sad that they were given out. It made me get double chicken. I could’ve counted it out the pieces of chicken that was put on my bowl! The employee said the managers were getting on them about the portion but come on! 6 cubes of chicken! Sad! Mangers should be a shame of this!

I usually frequent the chipotle on 27th and have had multiple catering orders. This time I chose to try the Hwy 100 location and I am amazed with the results!
We ordered 2 servings of rice and the giant containers were full of fluffy cilantro rice. This is around double the amount I received at the previous location. We had steak and chicken and they too were almost overflowing from the container. The tortilla chips were crisp and fresh. The side of queso was so large it had to be about 2 cups. Same with the fajita veggies and the salsa. I was so pleasantly surprised!
They provided bowls, tortillas, a large amount of silverware and a tower of napkins. My order was ready for pickup exactly on time.
I would definitely recommend for catering and everyday dining, it is a great location.

Worker was actively bleeding from his finger while handling food and customers orders while knowing he was bleeding. He would keep looking at his finger and every so often he would wipe his finger with a napkin. I informed him it was unsanitary and he did nothing about it. I then told the cashier that he was bleeding, he should not have been handling food/orders and again nothing was done, they looked at me like I’m crazy for saying something about it. This is completely uncalled for and definitely a health/safety issue that needs to be addressed by upper management because clearly everyone there knows nothing about food safety.

I usually am ok with the staff in here. but the lady who made my food 11am on saturday jan 17 was acting like if she didn’t have my order done in 20 seconds something bad would happen. moving wayyy to quickly i felt uncomfortable and rushed. also she thought i wanted half and half, i told her actually double and she didn’t add any more meat. really weak bowl. slow down

Not a review person but felt this one needed to be shared. I eat at chipotle quite often. My wife ordered a kids meal with chicken, the order was passed down the line to the manager, who then went back and took food out because I guess it was too much? Me, my wife and the young man who started the order jaws dropped as she started putting food back.
God forbid you raise your prices and add 4 extra cubes of chicken to an order. I am a frequent tipper bc usually young people appreciate it, but to the older woman inspecting orders and putting food back, you are setting a terrible example to young workers. You don’t take food back from paying customers, it looks cheap and ridiculous.

Can I give this place 0 stars?? Don’t eat here. We placed an online order and proceeded to wait 30 minutes past our pickup time. We got our food home everything in our burritos was ice cold. This is not proper food safety. We took our burritos back to the store to have them remade fresh. And no one there would help us. They said ‘oh, that’s corporate…’
What happened to customer service? What a complete waste of money and I would like a refund. We couldn’t eat our food in fear that we may get sick from eating product that wasn’t properly kept warm or cold. They also forgot my daughter’s drink and all of our chips were stale. Terrible!!

Horrible service, ordered Togo order, was supposed to be done at 6:00pm still wasn’t even made at 6:30, staff was completely oblivious as to what they were doing, couldn’t even process a refund or acknowledge our order existed. Staff completely ignored us when we tried to address the issue. Completely unacceptable customer service. Will not be returning to this location. Complete waste of time and money. Called courpret even more of a waste of time. We didn’t receive any refund. Didn’t get any food. All was offered was chips and salsa. WHAT A JOKE. THAT IS STEALING.
