Stop what you’re doing AND GO GET SOME BBQ AT THE PINK PIG! The best slaw I’ve ever had. The Mac n cheese was rich and creamy. The burnt ends were on point. I could just pour the white sauce directly in my mouth. It was all so good. The owners came by the table to check in and thank us. The food was quick to come out. 10/10 recommend. Great family friendly establishment.

It’s hard to find good barbecue, but this place hits the spot! Food is absolutely delicious!! We ordered the pork BBQ plate with potato salad & baked beans, loaded nachos with pulled pork & a burger with Mac & cheese. Portions were so large, we had to get some of it to go! Everything was so good! Wait staff and the owner/cook were super friendly. We will definitely be going there again! Oh, and the sweet tea was perfect!

We just ate at their new restaurant location. Let me tell you, it was some of the BEST barbecue I have ever eaten in North Alabama! The brisket was amazing, the sides were great, the staff was super friendly. They even have a grilled, bacon wrapped, honey bun!!! It was soooo good!

I guess when I asked what comes on their nachos I shouldn’t have assumed she just left out the veggies that always come with them. If I had known she didn’t, I would not have spent $12 on a scoop of meat with chips drowning in some kind of salty cheese sauce that didn’t even fill a half clam shell container. Maybe their other menu options are better, but this was my first and last time visiting this food truck.

We were passing through headed back to Birmingham, AL and let’s just say I wish we passed through “sooner & more often”! The menu had so many great options it was hard to choose just one thing. We had the smoked chicken salad, the burnt ends, a ribeye sandwich, catfish filets and the bacon cheeseburger.. yes all of that lol and everything was fresh and perfect! Customer service was top tier, very much southern hospitality. Kaitlyn we thank you for being so attentive and personable!

I’m leaving an honest review on this just because it does need to be addressed. I came through the drive thru of the new restaurant and ordered simple, a half slab of ribs and two sides (beans and Mac and cheese). I did say I needed a lot of bbq sauce and the waiter did acknowledge that. I did have to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru and just thought that it was being freshly cooked. Wrong, I didn’t do my part before I left and got home 10 minutes later and didn’t end up getting any sauce, the ribs were pretty dry and sides were meh. On the dry side for all of it pretty much. Not enough to feed two people with the two sides. My mistake honesty but I’m also use to John’s BBQ. Have to make my own rule to check the order before I leave! Most people in Moulton understand that many drive thru places get the orders wrong often! I’m not dissing the place because it was pretty good the first time I had ate in the restaurant but it’s my second time only eating the pink pig and just assumed everyone was coordinated and had good work flow.

Me and my dad stopped here for lunch today and it did not disappoint. Smoked Chicken Wing basket was amazing and Dad Enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. Also the fried mushrooms were great too! Highly recommend.
