I’ll be completely frank. I’m not sure if the employee is new or just doesn’t fully understand what they’re doing. The food is decent, but the ordering was absolutely annoying. I spent 5 minutes having to repeat myself because the employee just didn’t understand, or I had to correct her. And eating inside all I heard for 20 minutes is the exact same issue. Customers have to repeat themselves numerous times for something as simple as no onion.

Hit or miss Subway, especially for pickup. Usually, it’s good and well-made. But other times, they mark your pickup order as “ready” when they haven’t even started making it. A few times they marked the order ready for pickup, but when I arrived 10 minutes later they hadn’t made it and it took another 15-20 minutes to make it. These aren’t large orders either, just a few subs for a family. This has happened multiple times with different workers, so it’s apparently policy.

After order my sandwich on line. I had sit there 15 more minutes. The guy was making my sandwich and just ask the lady working to come over so could I have buy some cookies and she give me an attitude and roll her eyes at me and said she was busy. The guy that making my on line order was nice guy. She running customer off with her bad attitude. She not customer friendly . This subway don’t need my money.

Update 2-2024: We have since been back – because it’s the closest subway to home – and the service is back to the typical, barely acceptable variety that it always was. That day must have been a fluke. But the food is good ♀️
I’m only giving this place 2 stars because I’ve had good experiences at this location in the past, but I wanted to give it 1 star for today’s disaster (Friday 10-21-2022). We went there at 4:15pm. The Open sign was on. The front door was unlocked. Some ladies walked out right as we walked in – food in hand. But when we went inside…no one was there. Waited…called out “Hello?”…waited… Two men came in behind us, and we were all wondering aloud where any employees might be. Should we make our own sandwiches? I mean, I know it’s only fast food and we shouldn’t have very high expectations. But really, management needs to know that something very unprofessional and unacceptable happened today.

I ordered off the subway app. I asked for extra lettuce & the extra scoop of meat on the the Philly. I didn’t get either. I eat at subway alot. This one is the rudest & doesn’t care about there customers. I want my sandwich remade with what I ordered!!!!!!

Lady wanted me to pay extra for my sandwich today because of the turkey if i had gotten ham instead no extra charge which is stupid. I have gotten this sandwich 3 days age with no extra charge at this same location. I have been getting this sandwich for years. I literally had to walk out. Never going back I’m just going to Publix or jersey mike’s. Bring back quiznos.
