The atmosphere is clean and Modern. It’s seat yourself and server will greet at the table. My server was fantastic! I ordered the prickly pear iced tea and it’s delicious. Drink was $5. A bit steep for non-alcoholic. I ordered the burnt ends and roasted chicken chili. The burnt ends were nicely smoked but have had better elsewhere. The soup was tasty and piping hot, although I don’t like corn in soup. The kettle chips were a bit salty. The food arrived quickly. The server checked on me frequently. I thought $25 was a bit spendy for a lunch. I may come back.

The candied bacon was awesome! Our waitress was fine. But the burnt ends were very blah. I am a BBQ snob. But those are some of the worst burnt end I have ever had. They weren’t burnt ends, they were brisket scraps that were overcooked that they tried to add into a sauce to cover up the lack of skills when it comes to cooking/smoking bbq. The Mac and cheesy was very cheesy but sadly, they had to flavor either. The chips and salsa was mediocre and the chips were burnt. Overall, I will try a different restaurant bbq in Fargo. But if somebody wanted to go back, I would consider because the candy bacon was that good.

Besides the hair in my daughter’s food, everything was good. We got a little of everything. She’s the meat eater as you can see. Loved the bbq sauce both regular and spicy that we bought one of each. Customer service was great music was a hit but it could’ve been a little warmer.

Ordered out , stood at the regester for 10 minutes while the server was ” busy” getting someone a drink food was on a shelf not kept warm $ 42 dollars worth? see pics , food was ok it wasn’t dry but definitely not BBQ tasted like it was done in a crock pot. Not worth the price or wait…

This was my first time here and they did not disappoint. Lindsey was our server and she had some great suggestions. Our drinks stayed full and she was a pleasure to talk with. The food was delicious and the portions were more than enough! Highly recommend grabbing lunch or dinner here when you are in Fargo!

Good atmosphere, good service, little below average bbq.
The food unfortunately did not live up to the price (during my visit) so I would spend it somewhere else. They have several interesting items on the menu that might be better than the BBQ I got, but this review is only based on the order below:
I ordered:
– Boneless buffalo wings (decent, but overcooked)
– The Sampler (incl. brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Mac’n cheese, beans, cornbread and chips)
The brisket had a thick fat seam that was not rendered down properly – proper trimming before smoking would help that.
The pulled pork was so dry I left it all…
The ribs were moist and had a good texture to them – they were the protein highlight on the tray.
The beans had a nice Smokey flavor to them and was generally a good side dish.
Mac’nCheese was OK. Not packing any flavor-highlights, but was average.
Cornbread was moist and tasty.

My son and I stopped in for some BBQ. We sat at the bar watching the NFL on one of the many screens available. There’s a lot to choose from on the menu. Our bartender and server Kelsey was really nice and recommended the Sampler Platter. Sounded good, so we went with it. Kelsey was right it was amazing. We ate brisket, pulled pork, ribs, Mac n cheese, beans, chips, and the most yummy cornbread. Kelsey was so friendly, and she had the best smile. Thank you for a great meal.

Is giving no stars an option? Super disappointed in my experience. Called a day prior to request that my women’s basketball team place a large pick-up order for after a game vs Moorhead. She did voice her concern about it being Valentine’s Day but told me to collect my team’s orders and we will go from there… called back that night and read off 18 orders 1 by 1. She did not hesitate to place the order for a pick-up time of 6:00PM. I called back before our game on Valentine’s Day to confirm our order and the man voiced his concern again about the holiday rush, but he seemed to understand what we needed and I was understanding of the fact there may be a delay and our order might not be ready right at 6:00PM. He said he would see us around 6:00PM. Thank goodness I called them at 6:04PM to let them know we would be there in 15 minutes because the woman told me they were so busy & I asked “but have you started our order at least?” And she told me no! They had not even STARTED our order of 18 food orders that we were meant to pick up at 6:00! If they didn’t want to do it, all they had to do was tell me no. To put 0 priority on our order that was worth hundreds of dollars is insanely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I should have been notified sooner at the very least. She told me the food wouldn’t be ready for another hour, and they were aware we were trying to get on the road to take our team home. I would have prepared our team’s post-game meal through somebody else if I knew they were not even going to START the order before 6:00???? What sense does that make??? IDIOTIC.

Piggy BBQ in Fargo is a bit of a mixed bag. The service was fantastic friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which goes a long way. The lemonade was excellent, honestly one of the highlights of the visit.
As for the food, the BBQ and sides were pretty mid. Not bad by any means, but nothing that really stood out or made me eager to rush back for the food alone. It felt more average than memorable.
Overall, solid experience thanks to the staff and drinks, but the BBQ itself didn’t quite live up to the hype.
