We had a good time with our dog there! (They allow dogs in the outdoor area) I ordered a salad which was HUGE and I added extra VEGAN protein which was Vegan “chicken” and I must say that it was AMAZING! Beers are fenomenal and I tried a cocktail with mezcal instead of tequila without sugar and they accommodated our requests!

Came here for a girls weekend trip. There were 12 of us so we needed somewhere that could accommodate us. That part was superb ; great service that night.
Drinks were good. Their old fashioned hit the mark and the other ladies had the mermaid tail which was a hit.
Food was mixed reviews. Elote Corn rib was a hit. Yum! So was the crab bisque. Calamari was flavorful. Less impressive was the coconut curry although the smoked tofu that I ordered with it was on point. I was expecting a more coconut flavor but it was a tad heavy with the slurry. The fish tacos you put it together yourself which is unique presentation. Their seafood Alfredo was on point and a huge portion.

Excellent little gem of a restaurant. Our server Kasia was a wealth of information. The food was excellent as was the service. This is the only restaurant that I have ever noticed and really enjoyed the decorations! Be sure to check out the sharks hanging from the ceiling.
The most outstanding dish was the “Butternut squash curry dish”. They have amazing fish offerings but this curry dish is a vegan delight done to perfection.

Great service from setting up the reservations through out the meal. Quick, efficient, and hospitable in all the best ways.
The food was great and the portions were more than ample.
Then came the above-and-beyond customer service. I dropped my wallet and didn’t realize until driving back to VA. I got a call from the staff who had found it. They got it in priority mail the same day and I had it in hand in just a couple days!
Highly recommend the great food and great folks at Pangea!

I really enjoyed Pangea. No reservation on a busy Saturday. I wanted a spot on the patio and waited a little bit but within 15min I got a high top. Super cool service for the high tops: I was able to go order and pay my bill right away at the bar and my fish & chips came out within 5min lightly fried to perfection. The prices are high but the portions are huge! Literally enough food for me for an entire day. The staff was really friendly. I’ll be back soon.

This is me and my wife’s favorite place to eat in all of Avon. We always make it a point to eat here once during our visit. Although for the last couple of years we were there twice. Every meal is delicious and looks amazing. The food is so fresh and always cooked perfectly. The service is always great and every worker is always very friendly. When you’re in Avon, if you only stop at one restaurant, it should be Pangea Tavern.

This is an awesome, dog-friendly restaurant. The Mahi tacos were very tasty, and I loved the proportions. 4 filets for 4 corn tortillas, I can’t express how much I appreciate that. We ordered the grouper bites by the waitresses recommendation, and they were super good. Also got the artichoke spin dip and I was a fan of that. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to check out.

Excellent food and service! I’d recommend calling and having reservations. We didn’t and were luckily they had a table. I guess they only have a few for people that don’t have one.

Saw another review on here about the seafood platter (negative) and felt the need to help combat this, ours was a huge portion, well worth the price and our experience here was phenomenal! We got there right when they opened and they told most parties that they where full up until 8 and sat other couples at the bar we had our baby with us so they accommodated us by sitting us outside. Our server was Jimmy, and he was very energetic and attentive. Yes there was flies outside as there is in any other restaurant ♀️ Not a problem. Also our dinner was surprisingly less than 150$ and we ordered two appetizers, three entrees, a clam chowder and a beer! Can’t beat that, the location is also right next to the pier so there’s plenty to do outside while waiting on your reservation. Also the atmosphere inside the restaurant is great, the portions and food are amazing. Definitely recommend!!!
