Quick, friendly service. We stopped going to Nonavo due to the owner’s legal issues, and were hunting for a replacement pizza place. I knew the prices here were higher but was hoping it would have been justified. I should have read the reviews instead of blindly trusting the stars. The only thing positive I can say about it was that the dough wasn’t too salty (not a fan of salty dough). The rest of it was just kind of undercooked and awful. Service was friendly and I didn’t want to make it awkward so we just smiled and left. Will keep searching for our nonavo replacement.

Ordered thru Doordash. We never had their pizza before and have been searching for a pizza place since prior favorite has closed down. The pizza options were plentiful and pricing was reasonable; however, the taste of the breadsticks were disappointing (especially with no marina dipping sauce that was said to be included) & the pepperoni pizza section had burnt areas that was hard to eat around. I would still recommend you give it a shot to see what your experience is like as not all experiences are the same

I thought the pizza was really good. I had the meatballer. The red sauce was good and the peppers were cooked but crunchy. The only thing I would say is the actual meatball were a bit bland but nothing a little sprinkling of parmesean couldn’t fix. The crust was nice and crunchy. The carrot cheesecake was so good. I think their best yet. Great place for pizza

We went here just after opening. There were no other customers but we didn’t think anything of it because they had just opened. We ordered the garlic cheesy bread as an appetizer and it arrived with a browned edge but frozen in the middle. The bread was obviously pre-made and frozen with shredded cheese thrown on top. We told the waitress and asked for it to be taken off the bill but she didn’t hear so she asked the cook to re-make it. It was hotter but still not worth $10 or even the discounted price the waitress gave us. The waitress even told us that it was a new item that they were testing. It just doesn’t make sense to me to charge for a product that isn’t fully tested, especially if they’re not even making it from scratch. If the owners see this, please remove the garlic cheesy bread if you’re not going to make it from scratch or at least test it before charging customers for it.
We also ordered the all meat pizza which was also cold in the middle. I don’t know if this is the norm or if it’s because there are SO many toppings on the pizza or because it was that start of the day. Either way the pizza shouldn’t be cold in the middle. Because of the cheesy bread, I also assume the pizza crust isn’t scratch made. The bottom was crispy and the toppings were good for the most part, but because it was cold in the middle I was kind of turned off.
The service was good but I don’t think I will ever come back or recommend this place. It was also pretty expensive for a pizza place that doesn’t make pizza from scratch.

Saw a bunch of photos on social media for the past few months and thought the pizza’s looked fantastic. Finally had a chance to stop in and try them first hand. Decided to start with the basic offerings, half Hawaiian for me and half pepperoni for my daughter. The pie was loaded! Ingredients were fresh and covered the entire pie, not just the middle. Crust was crispy and supported the ingredients well. A new favorite now and can’t wait to return for the specialty menu. Service was great, met the owner, and had a nice chat. They are doing some renovations, but it didn’t have an affect on our experience. Looking forward to the bar upgrades once complete.

Excellent family-owned pizza place on Main Street in downtown Vancouver! Great variety to choose from, and all are delicious. The staff is very friendly and engaging as well, and they have a full service bar.

Pizza was not great.
We got a half bbq chicken, half cheeseburger pizza.
Crust was crispy on the bottom but also undercooked and doughy beneath the toppings, the edges of the crust were honestly too chewy to eat. It seems like it’s probably over proofed dough.
The bbq chicken half had decent proportions but overall just tasted like nothing but cheap store bought bbq sauce.
The cheeseburger half was basically inedible, it had about 3 times the amount of sauce needed and between the stacks of toppings and the excessive sauce it was very under cooked.
The bartender was really nice, and the place was clean but very noisy for being half full.

My friends and I stopped in for lunch and ordered cheesy bread and a custom made pizza. Our cheesy bread did unfortunately come out cold in the middle, with the cheese not melted all the way. Once we told our server he promptly took it off our bill. He also helped us save a few bucks on my friends and I’s pizza, which we were very grateful for! The pizza did come out nice and hot. Food left a lot to be desired, service was great though.

Piehole makes a fab pizza. The crust has a great flavor and texture. The sauce and toppings are quality. Their sausage is neither spicy or mild. It’s in between. The soda/beer/wine selection is decent. They even have a small cocktail selection. They’re definitely one of the better pizza joints in Vancouver. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars. ✌

Good pizza. Great service and atmosphere. I ordered the white sauce and chicken pizza and the meat combo. Both were good – generous toppings, good crust, quality toppings. I always think any pizza needs more sauce – and I always forget to order extra sauce. Crust was not super thin, but good and crispy. Great, friendly service and a good atmosphere. They also serve liquor, had a nice red with my pizza. Would eat here again.
