Entering this establishment was confusing. The sign says “Don’t seat yourself “. But we eventually sat ourselves. The waitress we were appointed did a phenomenal job. Start with the breads, They had no flavor, no salt added or sugar. Just plain bread. Garlic bread was the same. We ordered and the food took 45min to an hour for a half plate of lasagna and a 9” pizza to make it to us. Restaurant was almost empty. The hospitality was non existence for us. But everyone else got asked “How was their food”. Felt like we were invisible. We agreed to never eat here again, because the food wasn’t worth the wait. For Google purposes this establishment get a 2.5/5.

We ordered a 9in pizza, lasagna, breadsticks and salad. The bread sticks were very dry and unflavored. The honey mustard tasted like the mixture in deviled eggs. The lasagna was ok, it was mostly cheese and the sauce was very watery. My husband and I have been going to Roma’s since the ’80’s. They have the best Manicotti we have ever found.
We dated here, I told my husband that our youngest was on the way while we were here and one of our sons proposed to his gf at Roma’s. Our grandchildren are now enjoying Roma’s.
For those wondering why the decor doesn’t change… walk up the steps. You can sign your name to the wall. This is the only restaurant I’ve seen that you can do so. To change the decor would be to destroy many people’s signatures and art work. Many of whom I’m sure are no longer with us. Our names are on the wall in the middle booth… somewhere! It’s great food and great memories. Don’t go to look at the “decor”. Go to have good food, good fun, make memories and support a local business.

Came in with a few work friends, everybody ordered and got asked if they wanted the lunch special and everybody said yes. However, when I went to pay I got charged $22. I said “was mine not lunch special?” I got told “no. you got the half.” I got the lasagna, which was in the lunch special and got charged DOUBLE and had to argue with the lady checking me out about it. I barely got any food for this to have been a double. Let’s just add it was suppose to come with 3 breadsticks and when the bread came out she just put a basket for us all to share. I ended up with 1 piece, not 3 like the menu states. I 100% will not be back and I will not be recommending this to anybody unless i get refunded half my money back for this lunch special.

Wish I could give the service 0 stars! Been here several times, everytime we get the same server (the lady with the heavy eyeliner & dark hair) she is absolutely terrible. As a server myself, I understand forgetting things & getting busy but this lady is just awful. No refills, will not come back to you to check on you, if you have a togo order don’t order it because she will not take it. Today we waited 10+ minutes for drinks after she took our drink order. She waited until everything was done (salads & bread) to bring out our drinks. This lady is insufferable, and overall is so terrible!!! Keep in mind it’s only her that’s terrible, all of the other servers are great!

Been going to Roma’s for years. A restaurant where you can write on the walls is one for the books. It is stuck in the 90’s and I love it. Friendly atmosphere, wonderful wait staff. Even decorates for holidays. Delicious bread sticks that come with honey butter and normal butter. If you come, bring a marker or two!!!! Will be coming back.

Ordered a salad with breadsticks, the breadsticks were cold as ice! The salad was all lettuce with one piece of tomato.
I had heard this place had great pizza, Wrong. Tasteless, didn’t even have a pizza taste!
Well that’s a one and done experience!!!!
On top of that there was a screaming child in the main room screaming the WHOLE time we were there and that was 45 minutes or longer, and I am not exaggerating either.
