We’re Miss Saigon Pho&Grill and we have been cooking our homemade Pho’s recipe for more than 15 years. Our first restaurant called Pho Vy, it was opened in 2000 in Dalat city, Vietnam. MSP&G was opened in 2016 as our second restaurant. Moreover, we serve our grilled traditional dishes, vegetarian, healthy foods choices, good quality coffee and even smoothies. We believe in providing our best quality foods and great customer services is our priority. I started this business because I wanted to eat pho everyday. We love to make customer happy and as well as satisfy with their experience at MSP&G. We’re looking forward to opening up to 2 more restaurants in Houston. I would like invite you to come and try our food

I got the pho banh mi and it was pretty good. Wouldn’t get it again, though. I tried something new and didn’t think very highly of it.
Great atmosphere thanks to the huge space. Service is okay, staff is distracted every now and then but still nice and helpful.
The spring rolls were completely bland and tasteless — no flavor, no freshness, nothing. They tasted like they had been sitting out way too long. Then the banh mi was even worse. The pork marinade had a strange, unpleasant flavor, and the meat honestly tasted slightly bad. It left a horrible aftertaste that wouldn’t go away. I couldn’t even finish it because I was genuinely concerned about the quality of the pork.
On top of that, the bread wasn’t crunchy at all, which is one of the most basic expectations for a banh mi. It was soft and stale. The daikon radishes weren’t fresh or crisp either — they had no crunch and tasted old.
Overall, the food tasted low quality and poorly prepared. This was my first time ordering from here, and it will absolutely be my last. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic or fresh Vietnamese food.
UPDATE — I always like to try again just to be fair because we are all human and have off moments. I must say I’ve been back three additional times and I have not been disappointed. Ordering the same meals and the pho was very hot and flavorful. One night I came in literally within a few minutes shy of closing. The service and quality of the food did not lack. They didn’t rush me out and allowed me to take my time and enjoy my dinner while I waited for my daughter to finish her workout nearby. The third time I ordered via Uber Eats so I could see what it was like and the packaging was nice everything was hot and fresh and came in separate containers.
Based on this I have updated my score to a five.

Last picture is my most recent visit yes I’m a regular now!!! They are amazing. It’s still very quiet and chill when I go, which I enjoy. But it’s the customer service and kindness for me. I’m all about that, they have my support!
When I came in yesterday to bring my boyfriend’s mom, hoping to show her a place I always speak highly of, the experience was the complete opposite. Every table around us was covered in dirty dishes, even though the customers were long gone. Those dishes stayed there the entire 50 minutes after we left the restaurant.
I’m not sure why the staff changed, but the previous team actually stayed on top of things. Service was quick and efficient. The service and attention to detail have dropped significantly, and it’s disappointing to see a place I used to love decline like this.
