Excellent atmosphere with a small town charm. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses, and the angles spots are difficult to pull out in the right direction. But the food is worth that small hassle. I will definitely recommend to my friends the next time we’re in town

The egg sandwich on a Portuguese muffin (+ bacon) is hands down my favorite breakfast item in Nashville. I’ve been coming to The Perch for many, many years and I can’t seem to ever get anything else. I love this place. I love their food, their coffee, the reliability, and the ambiance of the location. Unfortunately I frequently get my orders to-go or delivered, but when I do get the chance to dine-in it’s a relaxing and delicious experience. I recommend The Perch to anyone visiting from out of town or anyone looking for a yummy breakfast. Thank you for being my sustenance at least once a week!

Stopped for breakfast during a road trip. The menu isn’t extensive but has good options as an alternative to a chain restaurant. The coffee is great and the waffle was delicious. Our food was out quickly, which was important for us to not take a long break during our drive. There is plenty of seating and parking.

Food was good! Its a bit small but they do have outside seating. The service was very minimal. You order and they drop off kinda thing.

AMAZING! Ordered the lemon and sugar crepe with strawberries with a honey lavender latte. Service and food were top-notch. We got there right as they opened. Our food was out in less than 7 minutes. Thought about the Nordic crepe, but they were out of ingredients. Before we left, they received their shipments and gave us the ingredients to go for a snack!!

This is my go to spot each AM. Great food and coffee. The chefs are amazing. You can’t go wrong with any of the food items. It is not the fastest place but worth the wait! Can get very busy on the weekends but it is for good reason!

Very small place and seating. You have to stand and order and everyone walks around you to get their coffee. We got one coffee, one waffle and one omelette and it cost 30.00. Then before we left an employee told my husband to take our plates and bring them to the back. Really! They don’t do that either. I have never been so unimpressed. We wound never go there again.

First time here but we enjoyed the food, really wanted a crepe but they were in high demand so we skipped the 45 minute wait and opted for waffles, smoked Gouda grits and omelets. Overall satisfied.

came here on a bit of a whim but im so glad that I stayed! The food here was absolutely fantastic, but the star of the show was definitely how polite the service was… The cashier (who i suspect was the owner?) was super considerate and patient despite the bustling atmosphere, and even offered to help me carry my drinks!
The only drawback I could catch is the fact that it’s a bit cramped, but I showed up with my family, so maybe I should return on my own sometime for a bite! The food also took a hot minute to come out, but I could tell it was made with care.
My best dish recommendation HAS to be the waffle. I myself ordered The Perch crepe, but I got a bite of their waffles and fell head over heels… it was so lightly sweet, almost like a cake, but not overpowering.
(apologies for digging in before taking the photo, i was starving )

I had a delightful breakfast experience at The Perch in Brentwood City. The overall ambience was exceptionally cool, setting the perfect atmosphere for a delightful breakfast experience.
I ordered the Nutella Crepes with strawberries and blueberries, paired with a delicious Latté. While the crepes were a tad chewy for my taste, the flavors were exceptional.
I’m giving it 4 stars for the overall experience and the fantastic combination of flavors!
