Another in a long line of disappointments from the Panera Bread company. What was at one time (long ago) my favorite fast casual chain has become a Crust of its former self. Now on to my experience with this location specifically.

We come here on a weekly basis. The food is fresh and healthy, good value for the price. I am an environmentalist and try to do what I can to limit the impact on the environment. I love the Panera store where we stopped on the way during our trip this summer in Pennsylvania where real silverware was provided. I really hope this can be implemented by all the Panera stores!!

The one in Falls Church, food is good . However, when I got the message it was ready and the screen showed food is ready, I went to get my food in the screen. A Latin guy told me rudely that food was not ready because they are busy. Why in the heck they press the button saying food is ready when it is not?! Never coming back to Panera in Falls Church.

An inspector needs to shut this place down until Panera decides to change management. It’s 7 in the morning and it looks like the place hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. My feet are sticking to the floor, it smells horrible, and the staff is unfriendly.

So like at 4 in the afternoon I come in with some friends, we get hot chocolate (absolutely baller) and I ordered a half toasted beef and white cheese sandwich and dude.. IT WAS HORRENDOUS, it had such an awful flavor to it. It was so strong and weird. I got Mac n cheese which wasn’t bad but was overall kinda meh, the bread was pretty cold. At least the dude who attended me was cool, I like him very nice.
