We tried for the first time, and absolutely we loved the ice-creams. The ambiance is fantastic but few of the chairs need some repair and the tables need some sanity cleanup. The two pink sofas towards the window glass have little odor smell, which is a bit uncomfortable.The staff are friendly. Can’t say enough about the staff at Percantile & Creamery! My husband and I went in with plans to do our gender reveal based on a milkshake flavor and the staff went above and beyond to make this the most special experience and didn’t even let us pay. So grateful for their kindness and generosity! Not to mention, the milkshakes and coffee are phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Good coffee selection but need to work on the atmosphere. Lots of dust everywhere, missing globs on chandeliers, some of the light bulbs burned out and just overall dated sad look. If I am paying $7 for a cup of coffee I want to enjoy my surroundings. Not a hard fix – deep clean a fresh coat of paint and some new decors.

Based on the taste of the coffee alone, 5 stars for sure. However, a business pushing for less human contact should do better at paying attention to detail on their signs especially when trying to draw new business. The first sign says you’d get 50% off first order using their app. However it only provides 25% to which I noticed the second sign by their counter. I didn’t fuss about it as their service was very slow. They did have a bit of a crowd so they may have just serviced quite a few people.
We weren’t in a hurry but we noticed a family who ordered at the counter after I placed my mobile order received theirs first. It took 14 minutes to get the coffee from the time I received my confirmation to the time they called my name. I just prefer face to face, personalization at a coffee shop. The coffee is good though and they have tons more options than your average place. I would probably come back on days I don’t feel “people-y.”

Was amazed on how good the coffee was here! Plenty of specialty options! They have a good variety of Blue Bell ice cream with creative twists on how to eat them. Shakes, cones, dishes, sundaes and cookie sandwiches. Place was packed when we went and they were friendly and expededient. Plenty of parking.

Cute coffee shop with lots of places to sit. They offer coffee, other drinks, and some food options. 4 stars as the women’s bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and when I approached the counter to order, the team member behind the counter didn’t greet me/say hello. This was my first time here, and I was unaware that you order and pay on their tablet. Great idea, but execution could be better. The team should still be friendly.

The barista Sama rekindled my love for coffee with a phenomenal Sap Sucker craft latte! Their cake was a little stale and dry, but the cronut and waffle did not disappoint. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. Their collection of merch from local businesses has interesting finds, too!
