Was disappointed in the food equality that I received. The pizzas were very overcooked. My pizza didn’t even arrive whole. It was already separated like they just threw random pieces in the box. The crust on the heart shaped pizza was so hard we couldn’t even cut it. I paid $50 for my order. I really want a refund.

i will NEVER EVER be ordering from this restaurant AGAIN. i thought i posted a review the first time but honestly this experience was SO BAD in my opinion that i will write it again. i waited OVER AN HOUR for my food bc my food was stolen (this info had to be relayed to me by the uber eats driver bc they don’t have delivery drivers. however, the store could’ve at least called me. i proceeded to pick up the order at the store. i asked for some sort of compensation when i got to the counter bc again, MY FOOD WAS STOLEN AND I WAITED OVER AN HOU FOR MY FOOD. the girl at the counter, didn’t know her name but she was short w braids and glasses, told me “this low-key is compensation.” COMPENSATION??? FOR WHAT??? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REMAKE IT BC IT WAS STOLEN. I DESERVE SOMETHING FOR MY TIME BEING PLAYED WITH. i didn’t have the energy to argue with her bc dude i’m hungry as hell atp. moral of the story DO NOT EAT HERE.

Horrible experience. Ordered in the app and had issues but was finally able to place the order for carry out and it was around 9:30pm when they charged my card. Order was ready for pick up at 10:30pm so we get here and the place is closed. Ridiculous. Specially after a long flight!

This store is the most DISRESPECTFUL UNPLEASANT PLACE Freedom dr. I’ve never seen anything like this On 11/10/25 I placed my order for delivery at 6:47p.m my food didn’t arrive till after 8:37p.m my food was cold and old. The bread that was burnt my food was just unpleasant so I had to use the microwave to re-warm the food for my kids. I called the Store multiple times to see if I could get my food remade that night but no one answered the phone so I had to feed my kids old food that have been sitting out at Pizza Hut on freedom Drive. So I had to wait to the next day 11/11/25 to get a ride and go up there. When I got to the store I ask for the manager on duty and explain to him what was going on he look at me and said he couldn’t help me, he had to get the general manager ELIZABETH WOODBERRY, I had to explain myself all over again Elizabeth had a very rude attitude nonchalant she didn’t care for what the customer went through doing the ordeal she asked me what did I want her to do about it and I told her I wanted a refund! She said she couldn’t give me one. And she said all she can do is make the order over at 11:00a.m I told her why remake food that I’m not going to eat? Elizabeth said that’s all she could do for me. Buy this time the whole back-end store is at the front gaining up on me like they was going to jump me or intimidate me, Elizabeth let her workers cuss at me yell at me. It was like she wasn’t the manager because she let them take charge of the situation not one time. Did Elizabeth tell any of them that she had the situation to go to the back everyone there made it a hostile situation Which I don’t understand I didn’t come in there, cussing and yelling I was talking, very professional and trying to resolve the situation. I’ve never seen A GM let their employee’s handle/involve themselves in a situation that’s not meant for them. Everyone had something to say to me on why I could not get my money back for a mistake that they made on their end because they’re not fully staffed it’s the customer felt.

I order wings during the day and they’re fine but everytime I order wings at night they’re messed up. I dont know if I have bad luck but my last 16 piece boneless buffalo milds wings were coated in sauce that was way off. Didn’t taste right, like their oil was bad or they didn’t have fresh sauce. The manager said best he could do was 5 dollar store credit. What a joke. I remember why I dont work here anymore…

I just called Pizza Hut on Freedom Dr to verify they had all items in stock. The first person who answered whispered through the phone then put me on hold for over five minutes. A second person came on the line speaking loudly and rudely asking what are you asking me with a vulgar tone. I was beyond appalled I almost cussed them out and drove there in person to teach them proper job etiquette but I decided against it because I didn’t want the police called on me.
This all started because my initial order at the Huntersville location had to be canceled due to low inventory. After this disgusting behavior I decided Pizza Hut doesn’t deserve my money. I refuse to eat food that could be tampered with after an encounter like that at the Freedom Dr location.

I made a mistake on the online order, the night ma nager reminded me to check my order, and I’m so glad she did. I had not added the toppings therefore, I had to reoder and got the incorrect order also, as it was going to be thrown out or taken home.
