The food was incredible!!!!! I cannot overemphasize how delicious it was! The French onion soup mac and cheese was out of this world! Perfect flavors of both French onion soup and mac and cheese, and rather than macaroni it was spaetzel! Which is one of my favorite foods— a very pleasant surprise! The ham used in the croque Monsieur was so flavorful. The steak frites was cooked perfectly medium as ordered and the fries were excellent. Then there was the crème brûlée! Perfect warm brûlée top with a great crunch when broken with the spoon (IYKYK) and the actual custard was spot on with a complexity of flavors in a simple dish— actual vanilla bean flecks, a little salt, creamy with a rich consistency, very well balanced. Our server Jessica was a pleasure and took great care of us! Can’t wait to return!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times and I never disappoints. I just had their braised pok belly over celery root puree and that alone is worth coming back for. My girlfriend got the steak frites and she ordered it rare and it was actually perfectly rare! I had the special which was roast chicken cog au vin and it was amazing. The chicken wasn’t even necessary, the veggies and sauce were superb.
Service is always on point. Our server was on top of everything and was very helpful. Chef came out with our entrees and suggested a wine to go with our food and it paired perfectly.
If you’ve never been, you are missing out.

The Peppered Pig is our favorite restaurant!!! The food is always consistently delicious and perfectly seasoned and the cocktails are bomb, especially the espresso martini! Burgers and steaks are cooked to your desired temperature every time!!! The quiche is unbelievably fluffy and the crème brûlée is perfection. If you haven’t eaten here you’re missing out!!!

I’ve been seeing Goat Cheese Croquettes a lot recently – and these we exceptional. Likewise the Cassoulet also exceptional. I REALLY liked the Southern sandwich – nice caramelized onions, some spice. The fries were just OK- the shoestring type is tough to get nice – if your get the nice crispy outside, they’re like potato sticks.
The dessert we wanted they were out of – which was a bummer – we had the bread Pudding and it was just OK.
The dessert was what kept this from being a 5-star meal.

My husband and I recently moved to the Penfield/Webster area. Coming from living downtown, I was a bit worried about not having as many great dinner spots near us. Luckily we found The Peppered Pig and it has become our go-to date spot. The food is always excellent and the service is always super friendly. We have had only good experiences here and recommend it to all of our friends.

Went out for husbands birthday dinner. We had a great time. He had the duck and said it was seasoned with something he really liked. My salad was fresh. Pork belly app was delish. Good wine and beer selection too.

Most of the food was good. If you like mushrooms I highly recommend their mushroom toast. The only thing that would make it better is if the eggs on top were warm instead of cold. We ordered a bunch of shareable dishes and we enjoyed them all other than the Mac and cheese. It was quite watery and the onions were quite thick.
