Surprised this place gets such bad reviews. A big THANK YOU to Doriaen who served me even while on his break. My chicken and waffles were delicious! Very filling. The maple syrup that came with it was so good. This place must be understaffed though. I think Doriaen also works at El Taco – not sure if they are owned by the same owners. I almost thought the restaurant was closed because no one was at the counter when I first walked up. I’ve been sitting here in front of it and seen potential customers walk away because it looks like no one is working there. Too bad……

Who owns or manages this restaurant? It is quite disappointing for this establishment to still be open and operating. I am an airport employee on this concourse and have visited this establishment several times in the past month…only to see a VERY limited menu (oftentimes only chicken strips and fries) and one employee working (taking orders AND cooking). I visited today around 6:20PM and was told by the sole female employee that she was “going on her 30 minute break,” even though she’d just pulled chicken strips and fries from the cooker. When I inquired about the fresh food (that I wanted to order), she indicated it would be there until the “next worker came to assist customers.”

Positivity disgusting that they charge $17 for this slop. The worker was rude. They didn’ have anything listed on the menu but considering the limited options in concourse F (adorable options are this, hot dogs or Asian) or you can go to Ecco and pay twice as much. For anything on the menu.

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered the Southern Classic breakfast because I wanted to try their biscuit to compare to my homemade biscuits. They should be embarrassed to call those tiny bite-size muffins “biscuits”. When I opened the box, I thought they forgot to include the biscuit, and my husband asked, “where’s the biscuit?” Certainly nothing southern about that meal. The waffles were undercooked and tasteless, and the bacon was hard and crunchy.

Wish I had looked at ratings first – chicken strips were dry and kind of old; waffle fries were overdone and crispy like potato chips. And their “all day special” of chicken and waffles was unavailable for some reason…

11.99$ for four tendies feels like a lot even for airport food but maybe I’m just poor haha. They were really delicious, the service was meh though, lady seemed kinda uninterested and playing on her phone, but nobody was goofing around or making me wait ridiculously long as other people have complained.

No butter and no confection sugar nothing and barely syrup. Rude staff and delta should terminate them as a choice and get a better place. They were the only thing open at 8:30 AM. Sad this place is in business based on price and service

“Southern Classic Breakfast” says scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuit, and choice of sausage or chicken. It’s powdered eggs, skillet potatos, a mini muffin, and sausage. I’ve had significantly better at Budget Inn breakfast bar.

Worst service ever. They should just close. Only 3 items available on the menu. Waffle got stuck and then burnt and then torn up. Gave me cold fries instead. Lady with long red braid slid my food to me and rolled her eyes. No apology. No concern. $16 for cold fries and 4 chicken strips. I ordered chicken and waffles because that was all available and they got that wrong. Ripped it and burnt it and then the girl at register said “I’m not supposed to be on food.”There was no one in line. I should have known. Sent me down to a drink machine that was broken. All waters were warm because they had just put drinks out at 1pm. Lady who said she had only been there 2 days tried. Poor thing. She needed help. It was awful.
