I enjoyed everything about pearl. I got a drink which had an earl grey foam and it was amazing, not too sweet and well balanced. The shishito peppers were great, the chicken skewers were probably some of the best I’ve had. Wings were also very good. The menu isn’t super long but it’s mighty with what they have. I’ll be going back for sure.

Really yummy food and fun atmosphere. I got the Ube pancake. It was delicious. It’s very very sweet and doesn’t really need the syrup and it is very large. It’s almost like eating a donut or a fried scone. They have a limited menu for Sunday. I am excited to try their Pho next time I come. We had goods service and it was easy to stay and chat without being rushed out. The tip is 20% or higher. They had nice bathroom amenities and it was a good place to land for an afternoon out of town with friends.

The Pearl is an amazing little spot in the Granary District that more people need to try!
We went there for brunch and sat on the patio and it was incredible. Ube pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the breakfast Bahn Mi was so unique and delicious, and their take on eggs benne was fantastic. The cocktails also hit the spot.

The food was fresh, quality and authentic! The service was efficient with friendly customer service. The ambiance was natural lighting and the cutest lowkey vibe I needed to take myself out to lunch. This was my first time here and I have to say their drinks is TOP TIER for Utah. Good drinks, good food is all I need to come back for more. 10/10 recommend!

Came in for cocktails and dinner. Was not at all disappointed. They had outdoor waiting with ample heating so we were toasty warm throughout our wait. We ordered drinks at the bar, then dinner and more drinks to follow. The dishes were indulgent and fresh! I had the Blue Mussels on Toast. It was so rich and delicious! The photo is all that remained because i could not leave a bite behind. My partners had the caramelized pork belly and the vegan banh mi. So good! We’ll be coming back for Pho Sunday!

This place is an absolute hidden gem. Little place hidden off the road you blink and you will miss it. That would be a mistake. Their take on papaya salad was incredible. All the dishes we tried were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Go check this place out. You will not be disappointed. FYI it’s 21 or over. Excellent place

Ridiculously good food. The fish sauce wings, chicken skewers, and rice bowl bahn mi were delightful. My spouse is vegetarian and he was a big fan of his vegetarian bahn mi rice bowl. I want to go back and try everything on the menu. This is my new place to take people to impress them with my taste.

I ate at the bar and enjoyed the friendly service, delicious food and a great cocktail. I did find it too loud for me but in fairness I was there on a Friday night, and the music was fun (lots of 90s throwback songs!). I had a vermicelli bowl which was super fresh and filling but the whole menu looked great.

Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Utah in years—wow. We ordered the spring rolls, chicken wings, bánh mì pork sandwich, caramelized pork belly, and the rice porridge with mushrooms, and every single dish was lovingly prepared and packed with bold, beautifully balanced flavor. Each plate showcased impeccably fresh, high-quality ingredients and offered something unique and memorable.
My husband and I fully expected to enjoy a few dishes and feel neutral about others, but that never happened. Every bite was exciting and genuinely delightful. We were both completely floored, repeatedly commenting on how delicious each dish was—which we never do. I truly can’t sing enough praises for the chef; the level of skill, intention, and creativity was unmistakable in every plate.
The service was warm, attentive, and impressively timely given how busy this spot is (worth noting). Guests should also be aware that a physical ID is required for entry, as it is a bar.
The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between upscale and casual—calming, thoughtfully designed, and accented with beautiful Vietnamese touches. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

Vegan here. We’ve got about three options, the pho is only available on Sundays. The banh mi is pretty tasty! Careful with the side slaw if you’re spice-sensitive as this slaw is extremely peppery and tickles the tongue with a lasting buildup. It’s not dry but not sloppy, so quite good for Utah slaw. They were out of their rice porridge so I couldn’t try it, but I wouldn’t mind going back for that and the pho.
