The banana pudding is ok it just doesn’t taste homemade nor does it have fresh bananas in it. It is mostly bread/vanilla wafer cookie filled inside. The red velvet cheesecake was interesting

It’s difficult to give a place review when the service is so bad that you can’t even get a chance to try it. This was our first time here and we arrived at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night. The door says it close at 10 PM. The indoor seating area look like it was completely closed up. All the chairs were on top of the tables, other chairs that were along the wall were leaned over against the wall, so you can clearly see that they did not want anyone dining in. There was about Eight people standing waiting for their orders and they all looked very frustrated. We saw two employees one in the back area and one by the counter working with a few orders. The one employee up in the front counter area was moving at such a pace. I think a snail would have beat him in a race. I’ve never seen anyone move so slowly. We decided to forgo our experience here and go somewhere else to get dessert because we didn’t want to wait three hours to get a piece of cobbler. So in short, it may or may not be a decent place but apparently you need to have some time to spare in order to get a dessert from here.

My Mom and I were politely greeted when we walked in. It smelled amazing inside like peach cobbler and other freshly baked goods. Harry explained the menu and recommended one of the most ordered items which was the NY Cheesecake Banana Pudding. He gave us a sample of the original banana pudding and cinnamon pralines. Both tasted delicious.

My Mom and I ordered the NY cheesecake banana pudding but she added strawberry topping to hers. It was scrumptious. I also ordered a few other items for the road such as the strawberry churro stix, caramel apple cobbler and a cinnamon peach praline cobbler stuffed cinnamon roll.

I wanted to try the cold rush coffee but they were sold out. Harry recommended the sweet peachy tea that they personally make which was perfectly flavored. My favs so far are the caramel apple cobbler and NY cheesecake banana pudding. I like the ambiance. I’d definitely go back

I just tried this place today after noticing it in the Independence Shopping plaza and one of my staff mentioned they had tried it in the Carolinas and it was great. I called first and the manager Harry answered the phone. Very Professional and great customer service. I told him since this is my first time, I just wanted to stop in and get some Churros. He explained how they are made and was a little surprised that was all I wanted without any toppings. But, I let him know since I was in a hurry and this was my first time wanting to try something, this would be best. When I got there, he immediately greeted me and then stated he recognized my voice and told me my Churros are ready and are exactly how I asked. A new customer walked in the door and I asked him if he had tried the Peach Cobbler place before. He said him and his wife are crazy over the Banana Pudding Dish. I cannot wait to go back here and get more. The churros were excellent! More importantly, Harry was someone who was so pleasant and went above and beyond from my first phone call to the moment I walked out the door. As a local business owner myself, it was so nice entering an establishment that is clean, efficient, has a great product and who exemplifies how every company should perform! He even referred to me by name each time!
Thank You Harry! I am going to make this a regular place to get dessert!!!

If you haven’t tried the Cinnabons at the Peach Cobbler Factory on Rockside Road, you don’t know what you are missing!
Not only a flavor explosion of cinnamon & yumminess, its oooozing with frosting! Harry, the owner, & Demetrius were very welcoming & when they found out it was our first time here, they gave us TWO so we could each try one! The ending result was Mo – 1½ buns Diesel – ½ bun!

Thank you for a great first experience ✌️

Hey guys, this was my first time in. Walking in I got instantly excited by the aroma that greets your nose upon entering. The cookies are huge! My daughter and I took some time to figure out what we would try so I decided to do a dessert flight. Upon receiving my order I realized my decision was bad. The cups are extremely small with the flights. I ordered cin peach, and honey apple cobbler with strawberry and a NY-style cheesecake pudding. The pudding was ok, nothing special but the cobbler is a must try! I also ordered a cookie the peanut butter something. I will return for a cinnamon roll and waffle. I can make the puddings myself.

I thought there would have been more to the counter than just a few cookies in a display. It felt like there should have been more to see. Even the menu was a little hard to immediately look at since it was high and behind the counter. There wasn’t anyone in there until after a few minutes he came from the back.
I couldn’t make up my mind and would have liked the guy to maybe ask me some questions or suggest something but he just stood there silent.
I finally made up my mind and got the bourbon pecan banana pudding.
The guy took my order then disappeared to the back without telling me he was going to make it. He just turned around and left.
The dessert was good but I didn’t really get any “bourbon” flavor in it. It was a normal banana pudding with some heavily candied pecans. I ended up picking all the pecans out and just eating the rest. I should have just stuck with the OG banana pudding.
There were other options of cookies, shakes, puddings, and cobblers and I would like to try something else.
I just wasn’t impressed with the service (he wasn’t rude, just not interactive) and also didn’t really care for those hard pecans.
Next time I’ll have to try the cobbler.

Also, be aware they do not take cash. Card only.

To say I was disappointed in my experience would be a gross understatement of my visit to the peach cobbler factory recently.

After having dinner at Aladdin’s next door, our group decided to try out the peach cobbler factory for dessert as we have seen it many times since they first opened but never had the time to go in.

It was fairly busy when we arrived so it gave us time to look over the menu. I wanted to try out a variety so I opted for the dessert flight. This includes 4 samples between the cobbler and banana pudding menus. I opted to do all pudding and my wife decided on cobbler so we could sample some variety.

As I was placing my order, I was shown what the cup size for the samples would be. I will give them credit for being upfront on how little they plan to give you for the $18 cost. I decided to at least give it a try, hoping that the experience of the desserts would be worth the cost.

Bluntly, it is not.

I fundamentally understood that what I was getting was a two bite sample of the flavors I selected for $4.50 each per sample. Considering a full serving is 8 dollars, the value proposition on this is so upside down its baffling. I would estimate that a full serving at 8 dollars would contains at least two and a half (if not 3) of these sample cups based on what I saw other customers orders look like.

The cobbler experience my wife had was much the same from a value proposition and flavor standpoint. Nowhere near worth the expense for what you get.

To just straight up add insult to all of this, the “flavors” you get is just a joke. My expectations for what I was about to receive vs what I got was so disappointing that it’s hard for me to articulate the level of disappointment I felt. I ordered 4 flavors, cherry, cheesecake, PB&J, and Oreo. What I got was a base vanilla pudding, that I am guessing they make in house (nothing bad about it, it was a fine banana pudding, but nothing noteworthy either) with a pitiful amount of “toppings”

For the Oreo pudding for example. I got basically most of the top of an Oreo cookie without the filling. The cherry was a generic tasting pie filling, the PB&J was a teaspoon of peanut butter (that was just stuck to the lid) and some generic tasting jelly.

I try and give restaurants and spots like the the benefit of the doubt but for the pricing they are charging vs the quality of the product you received, the math is just wrong.

The final nail for me was the service speed was atrocious. After placing our order and watching several others also place their orders, orders seem to come out a bit randomly. People that had placed their order well after us, got their orders before our party did. Which I would understand if those people were getting different items that had quicker prep but there didn’t seem to be a direct correlation on what orders came out when. I just know everyone waiting in the restaurant were complaining about the wait time.

Was just driving through the parking lot of the Rockside Corners Shopping Center when the wife spotted the Peach Cobbler Factory, so… of course, we had to stop. We just had dinner nearby and wasn’t really looking to have dessert, so we decide to share one. Got the mango peach cobbler with the ice cream on the side – $8. You order at the counter and it’s made to order. It takes just a few minutes. Smoke of tables and chairs so you can sit down and enjoy your dessert. It was really good – lots of mango and peach pieces/slices. The vanilla ice cream on the side was also very good. If I had to nitpick, I thought the dessert was a tad too sweet, but again – that’s just nitpicking. I would go back!

Sooooo I tried going here on a Sunday evening and I ended up deciding to come another day as the line stretched from out the door to the end of the plaza. Today I finally decided to venture back out this way around when they first open up for the day on a Saturday and it was much less crowded! I only waited in line about 5 minutes and two people were before me. I went with the traditional peach cobbler and my sister for the apple cobbler. I’d been searching high and low for a peach cobbler with my desired “cobbler” to peach ratio and this was exactly what I wanted! I love the crust and cobbler part of it and this place has the ratio down packed! The cobblers are $8 each so we spend $16 which isn’t bad considering the portion. It was very decadent so it you aren’t into super rich dessert then this isn’t the place for you. I just wish there was a pint of salt added to balance out all the sweetness but still very good! The staff was kind and willing to lend their opinion when we asked what to try. It’s very clean and the playlist is 90s-2000s r&b so it’s a great vibe!
