The customer service was average, it could have been better. The young lady was polite, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The place is clean and decorated nicely. I ordered the peach cobbler and it came with ice cream. The price and size were a great deal. I wasn’t a big fan of the cobbler nor the ice cream, probably because my expectations were high. Overall, I will visit this place again. I’m interested in trying the brownie.

Came here after an event on a weeknight. I have ordered delivery once before and it was so good so I wanted to go in person. This one is located in the heart of Auburn Avenue, and embraces the soul of the historic neighborhood. The interior is small but does have the exposed brick which permeates the buildings historic charm.
I love pecan pie and this one did not fail my expectations. Additionally, the blueberry cobbler was amazing. However, if you want update your gustatory experience and reward your taste buds, I recommend heating those desserts up and pairng it with some ice cream.
Parking is limited though.

We just wanted to experiment Peach cobbler since we are in n the hometown of this delicious dessert. If I would explain cobbler for those who don’t know what it is, it’s crushed pie in a cup with extra jam and juice. It is servednwarm, along with a cup of icecream. We tried both peach and strawberry flavors and we liked it.

The customer service was cool, but this has got to be the driest cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. It may even be Pillsbury. I usually go to their location in Kennesaw and don’t mind dropping my lil $10. Their cinnamon rolls are HUGE and seem homemade. Not to mention they’re not stingy with the icing. Who LIGHTLY drizzles icing on a cinnamon roll? I would’ve been better off going to Cinnabon instead. Disappointing.

The peach cobbler Factory has some delicious cobblers! It is located across from mangos! We enjoyed our sampler of mango/ peach cobbler, caramel apple cobbler, the pecan cinnamon, and banana pudding. The caramel apple and banana pudding was on our top favorite! Definitely recommend stoping by to grab cobbler and ice cream <3 !

Came out to satisfy a late night sweet tooth and it was so refreshing to be welcomed with an upbeat and positive attitude at 10pm! Auja was so sweet. Auja and Ricardo went above and beyond to accommodate peach cobbler without peaches and it was a 10/10!! We also tried the OG banana pudding and it was delicious as well. Kindness goes a long way and I’ll always visit as long as the customer service is pleasant. Thank you!!

Wow, the praline peach cobbler was incredible! The warm dough had this amazing texture—both crunchy and chewy—and the peaches were perfectly cooked and not too sweet at all. It came with vanilla ice cream on the side, but honestly, the cobbler was so good by itself I could have skipped the ice cream entirely.

Peach cobbler with berries and Vanilla ice cream was delicious, put in mind that thé portions are big so 2 can share one.

The esthetics are immaculate. The peach cobbler is only mid.
I dont know how you out the ice cream, rock hard, in a separate container. Too, the cobbler itself was too soft. The crust lacked a crunch and for the amount of sugar in it, it needs to be crunch to offset the filling.
Hence why a 3/5 stars, as this is Atlanta and everywhere should have at least 4 star peach cobbler.

The deserts were good and warm but the amount of ice cream was small and the customer service was a 1 star. She didn’t speak or suggest anything. I’m 40 and my niece is in her early 20s and we both felt the same way. I had waited for years to go here and will not be back.
