Just wanna give a 5 star review to The Peach Cobbler Factory! A must eat and come hungry place here in Tampa Bay. After taken these pictures it was history i order the Mac&cheese bbq which came out hot and tasteful! A banana pudding & peach cobbler i ate at home and loved it. 10/10 must eat and money well spent. As for me i will be back a a returning customer.

Best desert ever. Great atmosphere for all ages and family’s. Delicious and quick food. Large span of desserts from cookies to pudding to pudd n shakes. Very cool interior and exterior and fun games to keep you waiting. Clean and unique. 100/10

We did the cobbler flight and mixed and matched 2 cobblers n 2 banana puddings. Incredible. Joseph was great and explained everything to us! Can’t wait to come back, although my waste line disagrees. 10/10 experience!

Basically, we were greeted by young man name Spencer who you see in the picture below . He greeted us when we came in. He served us our order at our tables when we were finally able to come to a choice.
He was super friendly and very efficient . (Wonderful manners.)
Just so you get an appreciation for why it took us a while to decide , there are so many options. It’s not just peach cobbler. !! It’s all kinds of different flavored cobblers ,churros ,cookies, brownies, milkshakes ,cheesecake, banana puddings and icecream ! And then there are the additional toppings !
Open noon till 10 pm . That means it’s a place that you can take the family after dinner after a game or it’s a place to just grab a dessert for a friend or a colleague.
A late night dessert after a dinner a dessert, date night. OR just a sweet treat for you !!!
This “sweet shop” is unique ! Clean and bright with games to play while you wait or while you’re eating your dessert!
If you can’t handle a full portion, there’s a kids menu (also a good way to try multiple different items) Prices are good and with so many options , there’s something for everyone !
Cobblers were very good ! I tried peach and blackberry peach ! EVERYONE loved the peach cobbler ! It came out I found it warm and smelt great too ! Taste was even better !
Our family tried 4 different cobblers , cheesecake( with Oreos) and banana pudding . We loved the cobblers and the cheesecake was good ( banana pudding wasn’t what we were used to .. we do layers) with that being said will be back maybe not for the pudding but definitely for the cobbler and will be trying some of the other items as well .
Please visit this establishment, it’s truly a unique and one-of-a-kind experience and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it !

Usually, when you go someplace a second time, if it was really great when you go back, have you ever noticed it’s not as great? Well…. NOT THIS PLACE !!! The PEACH COBBLER FACTORY WAS GREAT ! Some of us are purists … So naturally, we had peach cobbler! But others in our family try new things ALWAYS ! Everyone was pleased with their choices . For those of you that have somebody in your family that just wants a bite (maybe they’re a little person and can’t get into a whole dessert even for a child), never fear because The peach cobbler factory goes one step beyond and doesn’t worry about being greedy and just goes.” Hey let me give you a little cup..” All of you that are parents and grandparents know exactly what I’m talking about…. The child lights up because they’re not just getting a scoop out of your cup….. They’re getting their own.! … and a child smile is priceless ! This is a company that treats its customers like family. Of course they’re a business and they need to make money , but they do it respectfully and with decency !!
Let us not forget about our friend Spencer because he was there again! My girls were happy to see him because he’s just a really nice guy. He greet you with a worm smile, and is ready to help you make your dream come true! He remembered us, and that was crazy cool because he told us that because of the review his boss had given him a raise! Well, I can tell you that that made me feel amazing! This kindness generated a review which intern was paid forward to him!
It was nice to see his face again because it meant that he’s probably quite happy where he works and that’s just another plus for a company when their employees are happy and remain there .
Just in case you didn’t see it in the photos they do catering so everybody who is an event planner, Set up things for the PTA or schools, Just as a little get-togethers for the family…. Please come check out the peach cobbler factory. I’m sure you will be very satisfied and happy.!

I’ve had my eye on this place since before it opened, and I finally stopped in yesterday to try one of their shakes. They have so many options. I tried the Cinnamon Peach
Praline yesterday and went back today for the Blackberry Peach Cobbler shake — both were amazing!
I also grabbed lunch for my kids to share, and everything was great. Joseph was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond. He even handled a small mix-up with so much kindness and professionalism — it really stood out to me. His customer service is exceptional, which is so hard to find nowadays.
I’ll definitely be back!
